Hello everyone!! Have you try baking gluten free non oil/non butter muffins but the otcome is dry?
Well i have a good news for you.
I try this japanese technique to have a moist and delicious muffins even without using butter and oil. Actually this is my third time to make this, because my family really like the taste of this simple muffins!
This muffins were still moist for several days. Try this and it so much easy to make too!
You can make this 8 to 10 muffins
Pre heat your oven at 180*C
and 170 *C if you are using Gas oven
*one point to do this is MIX VERY WELL and dont worry if you over mix because this is gluten free!!
we need 110 gram of rice flour, 30 gram almond flour, 5 baking powder , 80 gram sugar of your choice
1 large egg that must be room temperature and 100ml cream ( fresh cream/whipping cream will do)
