Mr.Terric had died . He was able to see his wife and child (she was pregnant when she died) in the afterlife.
I love this guy I collect everything about him
I love mavel the most since hulk is my favorite character.
Lex Luther died of kryptonite poisoning and made himself a clone. Pretty sure this was during the death of Superman
He cloned himself then claimed, in the younger cloned body, he was his own son.
I don't even know if anyone could actually kill Plastic Man
Didnt lex luther die in an alternate universe where he had a debate with superman and the city sided with lex and killed superman. Batman had to do something, i forget, but ran into lex and he sacrificed himself to help batman. I could be wrong though
We’re talking canonically for this list
@@MintHunterComics oh and that one wasn't? Like I said I only vaguely remember it
Wolverine's 1st appearance is not in 180 or 181. His 1st appearance is in FOOM #2!
Almost everything was American.
Yes
It’s odd to me how a book put in plastic could drastically increase the price. We are letting a handful of graders determine the grade of your book. I noticed most KZreadrs have been spot on determining the grade of their books or at least very close. Pretty soon we aren’t going to need CGC to tell us the grade of our comics especially modern age comics as well as Bronze Age.I get we need them to check Golden Age and Silver Age comics to determine in the book was restored or not but that would be the only use for them for me personally. Weird they feel the need to implement 9.9 grades now. I guess 9.8 is the new 9.6 value or worse yet 9.4 value
DC: Crisis on Infinite Earths DC: New Teen Titans: The Judas Contract
Great list! Have you read Starman by James Robinson? My favorite DC series ever.
What about command strip behind the slab
Does this translate into new comics and TPB?
That Xforce cover is utterly ridiculous 😂
Also Conan the Barbarian #1 and Star Wars #1
So would Venom have all their memories still?
my favorite superhero is Spiderman
This is the main reason I think CGC is bad for the hobby. I'd even go as far a saying it's a scam. But then again, there is a sucker born everyday!!
Thanks for the recommendation. I´ll take a look at Ostrander´s Spectre.
I hope I can take this liberty and suggest a one shot. That is really great from beginning to end. Perfect maybe but really good. It’s Batman masque. it is an else world book but it’s really good
I might of made a few mistakes. Books I will never get rid of like the first books my dad, my aunt, or my g-ma, I got graded. They passed so I hold them in high regard.
So venoms a bop 😂
Yee you’re right on the money about Spawn going down to almost as low as 10k, the smallest print count of any Cover A was issue 243 from 2014 which had just 11,714 issues ordered by retailers. Funnily 241 is the 2nd lowest with 240 and 242 being tied for 3rd lowest all of which are under 12,000. Issue 115 is when it stopped selling 50,000 and it steadily declined with spikes for anniversaries up until we got close to 300
Lmao they have to do anything to make up for the horrific grading scheme situation
WHAT A LUCKY DUDE! That’s such a sick book to win, you’re the best kind of creator man. While Nelk gave a Ferrari to their homie and used it to build an alcohol empire you’re busy giving us truly helpful information AND hooking homies up with sick issues
Werewolf by night night #1. I actually just picked this up yesterday from my LCS for $100 cash.
For a near mint?
How about X-Men number six of series 2 the first Jessica Brand
Holy words my friend, holy words. This way of market will destroy the most sane and fun thing for a guy in this world. Still the same here in italy where life goes worst every day, it's only a speculation bubble, and when (like Lehman bros) will explode all that remains will be dust and fryair.
Some very good choices another one that might be good to add to your $10 list. Is the X-Men one shot where they did the fundraiser for the food in Africa.
I love comics. I just never understood the collect aspect of it. I mean, in the '80's I'd pay 0.65 at the newstand, roll it up in my back pocket and go to the YMCA. Read it and leave it on the bus like a newspaper. Who is this mysterious buyer paying thousands of money for this stupid shit?
I bought a raw copy of spawn 226 retailer black and white cover for 40$ sent it in for gradeing got the 9.8 and it sold for 1500$
Werewolf by Night Jack Russell hasn't died in 616 continuity that I recall.
All these prices are made up numbers I've seen very low graded books sell all for thousands and vice versa. We all live in an imaginary lala land for example WHY ! would anyone want to slab a plastic case on a comic book and simply put it away Does anyone read comics anymore and admire the the art in it ?
So funny, I was thinking walking dead the whole video but worried that was cliche. It’s a great comic read though. I also genuinely loves cares venom run of 35 books. Single issue for me would be Batman 18 by Tom Taylor. A parallel of Bane and Bruce Wayne. Sooooo good. It was a great life experience and mental health perspective comparing the two and how one became a villain and the other a hero. Awesome. Loved the video too
+1 more vote for Ultimate Spider-Man. Peak Fiction
If you could only have one comic ever what would it be
A perfect copy of Action Comics #1. So I could trade it for an endless lifetime supply of whatever comic I wanted lol
Whoa!!
Wasp, War Machine, Falcon, hmmmmm Hulk
You just named some character I can not only remember their deaths - but some had extremely gruesome deaths ! (Look up the death of the Wasp)
@@MintHunterComics True, just a wild guess!
Are we talking just 616?
I was yes
I only collect comics for the transformers comics because I like the show lol but I do get Starwars too
Arrow wtf is that
?
Wait, did the one above all doe at some point?
Like your list. But some of your pics are mangas / Franco-Belgium "bande dessinée". And if you talk about "comics" in the broad terme to include those formats, then i'm very much not okay with more than half of your list.
Luke died in Deadpool kills the marvel universe. He specifically killed him by putting bombs in his coffee
Deadpool is so creative I love the writing so much
@@Lawviathan fr
Is that 616 canon?
@@MintHunterComics truly a mystery lost to time
@@MintHunterComicsdefinitely not lmfao
Cool books, I love this stuff. Great to know. I know and own one comic with fewer than 100 copies. Unlike the books on your list it’s a Golden Ager so you’re not going to find it anywhere. The 15 cent variant of Batman #2 1940. 3 on the census and last I knew, they are the only copies known to exist.
Thanks again! I contacted your IG.😊
Born Again, Batman: Echo, New Frontier, Green Lantern 76
Miles has also died my brotha.
When?
When did that happen in canon?
Good choices
Stan Lee he will live forever in our hearts.
was a fraud ,he fked up many ilustrators
