  Lol Johnson county Kansas (Overland Park, Lenexa, Olathe) is where most the office jobs and wealth is, Over 50% of the entire metro areas office space is actually in this one county on the Kansas side. Kcmo has a bad crime problem and has tons of shootings. Lots of jobs and wealth left kcmo for the more densely populated cities like Overland Park.

  Hola, My husband is Cuban and came to the US when he was 7. ( I'M Puerto Rican...foods are very similar) He said your grandma is spot on with this recipe. We just made a lechon yesterday and had leftovers. Made your sandwich for lunch today. Sabroso!!!
