I like how you’re thinking but this is more a wish list. Game freak is never going to do those things. Although I can see them releasing them in one collection with online features. The rom features will never happen unfortunately.

At the minimum it would just be a straight up port (which I’m fine with) with maybe the mystery gifts available like with the Celebi event on the 3DS gen 2 ports. I would like to see some collections though like maybe three collections over the years with gens 1-3, 4-5, and 6-7. This could fill gap years and give more time for the bigger projects.

A video " How I made the Impossible Trade Between GEN2 and GEN3 " explained transferring pokemons from GBC to GC GBA pack. Put short it requires a DIY made adapter to connect those with added code to a board to pass certain newly added thresholds such as pokemon natures (Nintendo/GF could've possibly made this an RNG mechanic when trasfering). So basically it was just nintendo's fault and I suspect if it would've been actually crafted by nintendo and sold with R/S, with both GC and GBA connectivity, it would've been a reason for old generation to try new games as we know gen 3 was the lowest ever at sales

A Pokemon legacy collection would be great as long as there's a way to trade between different versions without having a separate Switch (i.e. trading between red, blue, green, and yellow. Gold, Silver, and Crystal, etc.) and the next gen can't be unlocked until you reach a particular threshold.

Also I want to point out two things first of all the fans of Pokemon were saying no more top-down shitt when x and y came out. Secondly legacy collection implies that it's an all-inclusive game to everything that came so far. Other than the stuff for the current system but possibly even including that that would basically mean that the next game after zy or z a or whatever it is is going to be a fully immersive Pokemon experience that's basically got all the regions in it which is something I've wanted for a while but I don't think we'll ever get I used to be hopeful for it but it won't ever happen there's too much money to be lost to that secondly with that in mind they they might as well give intimacy mod in relationship mod which still never going to do that makes more sense the idea that they're just going to release all the release of the Pokemon games I'm not saying they would give intimacy mod in a Pokemon game but it makes sense that they would compared to this

I am really thankful for Pokémon Unite because they gave me Zeraora by winning 15 battles and why don't they do this with other Pokémon games like Pokémon Stars and Eclipse coming to Nintendo switch by winning the Pokémon League 15 times in a row and on your 15th champion battle win you will get Zeraora.

The Pokèmon Company doesn't care about the fans, so I'll believe it when it happens. All I do know though, is that any revised versions of the classic games which feature slot machines in the game corner would need to be removed to avoid earning a PEGI 18 rating here in the UK. My final point is that the older games completely put the 3D era games to shame in terms of content and features.

This is the ideal situation, but we're talking game freak because look at the lack of what they've done to make things better on the recent games there's been a lot of laziness with as broken as some of these games have come out as. In the mean time i'll just keep doing my nuzlocke's old school style.

They will never give us Pokemon as apart of the virtual console apps. If we are lucky we will get a rerelease in the same vein as the 3ds digital stores. If they do release them it will just be a rerelease and nothing new. This isn’t me being negative. It’s just how they’ve always operated. Same with romhack styles of play.

I'd be down to have these games on Switch. I don't even mind if they'll be overpriced as hell, as long as we have online capabilities, Home connectivity and built-in mystery gift events (similarly to Celebi in Crystal). And I'm sure there're MILLIONS of us. However, the thing is that older games just don't sell as well as newer games, even if it's remakes, that's why the chances of those games being brought to modern platforms are slim. But I still don't lose hope! Whether it's NSO exclusive app (like Tetris 99, Pacman 99 or F-Zero 99) or some kind of collection for gens 1-3 and remasters for gens 4-7 - It's still not impossible...😊
