  Very helpful info.. I know that I have to go back to my notes first, but it makes sense to really do my due diligence regarding this process.. Even though this video is 3yrs old, it actually answered many of my questions that weren’t mentioned in the updated info you shared.. And OneNotary was on the top of my list from the provided info my state has on its sos website.. I did create my Digi-Seals but I still need & want physical supplies and whatnot.. Because at some point, I would like to have my own private business only with people’s personal private information in mind.. That’s a lot of money that many of those companies asked for upfront or even on the backend.. Anyhow, that’s for this one.. 💪🏽💪🏽🙏🏽💙

  Thank you for all the in depth videos you make! I am a real estate agent(no luck with that so far) so I have been thinking of taking the course to get my Notary and then LSA. I can charge 2 dollars per signing here in N.Y. I planned on doing this full time but it doesn’t seem like it would be very lucrative. What is a realistic salary for beginners? Thankfully my husband makes good money but I want to make my own(at least 8,000 per month). I have limited free time weekly as I watch my grandkids a few days a week for 13 hours a day.

  @@user-yd1lp8go4q thanks for reaching out! On the NY website it’s kinda confusing they do say $2 but also says this “An Electronic Notary may charge up to $25.00 per electronic notarial act performed. The fee may be charged for each notarial act performed during one electronic session.” I would call them and confirm. Realistically it takes a while to spin up business and takes a good amount of marketing to really get the ball rolling. Full time RONs can make 6 figures but realistically expect to make closer to ~ $1k/month in the beginning and it’ll grow from there but take time

  Payout breakdown! ⬇️ RON- If you refer a signer to do a RON on their platform you get 20% of that transaction total. Min you’ll get is $5 Mobile- if OneNotary gives you a mobile notarization you get 80% of the total min you’ll get is $48 Direct contact- if a customer finds you on the site and reaches out to you directly there is no fee you keep 100% of that. Hope that helps!

  So for clarity, do you have to be a commissioned notary or a notary at all to be able to do this? I’m in Cali, San Diego. I’m all for this but I don’t want to be a notary necessarily.

  Great question! Yes you do have to be a notary! They want to both pass business to you and allow you to bring business to them. Hopefully in the future they create a stand alone affiliate program.

  The link to Blue Notary is confusing to me as a newbie. I didn't see the options for the e seal and digital certificate, and it gave me a Basic Business plan and wants my credit card, etc. I think I went down the wrong street.
