  I want to debate,and I'm starting to say I am a fan of both (and db) so I'm not simping for sonic or mario First the most obvious is speed,speed goes to sonic,he is so fast he travel time and Accidentally changed multiverse by running,he is so fast he can dodge rain and grabs salt from the sea and before physic let the salt go down he throw it to enemys,he is so fast he escaped from an black hole while he was enjured in sonic colors,and he was pretty weak in sonic colors Compared to now,and that black hole was millions time more stronger than an normal black hole,because was powered up by the little creature (I don't know the name) and powered up the black hole,and they was million,strength goes to sonic,why? Mario can trhow away planets but bro,sonic punches and spin dashes are so fast that are too much strong,remember he don't like to use punches,he prefer to spin dash,kick,hurting the air causing Shock wave,Mario can't cause shock wawe,and sonic spin dash is so strong that goes 800.000 light year's longer,pretty strong,durability goes to sonic too,Mario can resist to black holes,punches from gods but sonic destroy gods (and sonic defeat tabuu in super smash brawl,and I remember tabuu was destroying Nintendo verse,so Mario verse too) sonic have intangibles,and he is near to immortal,Mario have a good durability but not a sonic level,that's because one time sonic and another super sonic fighted once,and sonic Obviously posed but he resisted some punches,and I remember super sonic have infinite strength,feats,ok, Mario destroyed gods that absorbed universes,but sonic did it too,and he did it in sonic secret rings,were the god Ebsorbed 1001 universes and 30 planets,and sonic beated him,or in sonic secret rings he became so strong that he defeat a god that writed his story,and in his story I was going to die,but sonic became so strong he beated him,or Solaris that he eated multiverses,timeline for meals in Every day,but sonic defeat him too,and we all know sonic defeated infinite in base,and I remember infinite was 1000 times more stronger than EVERY villain in the franchise,yeah,sonic slams

  It’s actually pretty cool (after doing my own research) how really debatable Game Mario VS Game Sonic can actually be. Obviously some may buy more for either-or but it’s pretty fitting one of the most iconic video game rivalries is… pretty damn close

  A theory I had when watching the death battle video was they said that supersonic in his form can last less than a minute. In sonic mania, you can only use the supersonic transformation when you have 50 rings or more. For Mario, the star power up ends as soon as the jingle is over, which is even less time than supersonic. Bottom line I loved ur vid I had the same thoughts it was awesome having someone put the feelings into the right words

  idk while i agree death battle made a lot of stupid decision with their analisys, you overestimating sonic with " in the audio file there is an unused voiceline that says Henergy >>> chaoes emeralds then it makes it clear it's powerfull" and a lot of "assuming that x maybe = to y then w is stronger than A" doesn't sound any better than them using cartoon mario making a tornado to the sun.

Luxord it's debatable if Young Xehanort is either below or above Ansem and Xemnas due to his broken time abilities and hax's, but i think they could resist them due to their own broken abilities and i personally think their just smarter and have better skills, physical strength and raw power, but like i said it's debatable.

Axel (The one who wasn't killed, he was on par with two Keyblade welder) 6. Marx (had to use Sora to escape from Axel, the final of com) 7/8. Xaldin 7/8. Lex(both of them physically powerful.) 9. Larx( fast) 10: Xigbar (loses too Keyblade wielders and master, if he had no name he would be higher) 11. Luxord (Play fair but not time is uses) 12. Demyx ( view as useless by other members) 13. Zex ( isn't a fighter) 14. Vex ( the same as his son but got by Axel)

  So Sonic Frontiers basically told us that the End was... I think Tails literally states it to be more powerful than Dark Gaia. Considering the game writer, Ian Flynn, puts it as second most powerful behind Solaris... Well, Fronteirs casually went and had Sonic casually escape what is supposed to be a dimension inescapable under one's own power in base (Literally Cyberspace was made to contain the end) So I feel like lore is on it's way to make base Sonic casually stomp Mario

  Just gonna quickly add rebuttals for people who think Mario can beat Super Sonic through the Metal Cap or Mega Mushroom like in Mario vs Sonic 2011 Metal Cap - Sonic can destroy solid metal in his base state easily because of all the badniks he trashes daily, Mario using the metal cap against _Base Sonic_ would lessen his chances of victory Mega Mushroom - Not only is Sonic _also_ used to fighting large enemies due to all the mechs and deities he fights, but Sonic/Super Sonic has beaten a massive enemy who was _BIGGER_ than Megashroom Mario, In the IDW Comics, Sonic had a rematch with Giant Zavok, who he's beaten before in Base, in his Super form, and he wrecks him in seconds!
