Aarambh is the journey I embarked upon, trying to sought the answer to the rising medical problems I saw in my family. It took an extensive research to realize how far we had strayed from traditional methods of cooking, and that it all started from the kitchen. Following this, I tried to find authentic utensils, but I couldn't find ones made in the traditional way. Then after a lot of research and talking with lots of elders in the villages as to how the ideal traditional cookware was, I came to find that everything, from the thickness to the raw material, had gone completely wrong with today's utensils, which defeats the purpose of cooking in them altogether. So, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I am proud to say, today I provide custom manufactured & NABL Lab tested virgin raw material to artisans to ensure that I provide the best for you and your family. So, this became the foundation for Aarambh. Through Aarambh, I hope to help others with their journey to health.

Mam, brass utensils mein dal, sabji cook karte hai jisme haldi/turmeric hota hai- woh uska yellow colour kalai pe laga rehta hai aur Sponge ke saaf karne se nahi jata jisse aisa mehsoos hota hai ki kalai utar gayi hai( yellow colour dikhne se aisa maloom padta hai ki woh yellow colour brass ka hai). But hard Green Scrubber se scrub karne se hi woh haldi ka yellow colour chala jaata hai. But, Isse kalai utarne ka bhi khatra rehta hai. Yeh yellowish discoloration of Tin ko safely kaise hataye?

श्रीमती जी आप भी रामदेव की बहन तो नही स्वदेशी और आयुर्वेदिक के नाम पर भारत की विश्वाश करने वाली जनता को प्योर शुद्ध बर्तन देने के नाम पर लोगों से 2000 का बर्तन सीधा 8000 हजार मे बेचकर एक अच्छी कंपनी का निर्माण कर लो और बाद में लोग सर पे माथा मारे की शुद्धता के चक्कर में 2 हजार के बर्तन 8 हजार मे खरीदे थे

Bahar se lemon se saaf Kar sakte ander rakh k sath Patanjali k dishwasher bar sath use Kar sakte
Ma'am you can clean Iron with anything you want. There is no restriction and you need not use separate things on the inside or out.
Maam Maine aapk yaha se pittal ki kadai li hai but mujhe nahi pata ho PA raha ki isk ander kaise saaf karen kyonki kuch fry karne par tel k nisaan jo jalte hai WI saaf nahi ho.paate
Ma'am we recommend an Iron kadhai for frying since the utensils need to be cleaned and scrubbed thoroughly after frying and brass cannot be scrubbed so hard.

Ma'am you can clean the outside brass part with lemon and salt but not the inner tinned part.

Yes you can, but since plastic needs to be used in order to fit a tap on the matka, and it will be in contact with the water all the time, we recommend refraining from it.

@@gangapurambhavani6001 Ma'am pehle nepalaya copper isliye prefer karte the kyuki tab scientifically copper purify karne ke zyada methods nahi the.. and Nepal ke copper mein naturally lead ya iron nahi hota tha toh purification ki zaroorat hi nahi padhti thi.. but ab toh scientifically bhi purify karne ke itne tareeke hain. Toh ab aisi koi compulsion nahi rahi na.. but we will provide 99.99% pure copper.
