Ma'am we didn't have two varieties at the time this video was shot. Both of them are 98.9% pure. Iron comes in varying shades of grey and black naturally from the ore. No ma'am, no seasoning is required for an iron utensil.
Thanks a lot . Please copper lota bhi available karayein kyunki unhe saaaf karna zyada aasaan as compared to copper bottles.

Ma'am you can clean Iron with anything you want. There is no restriction and you need not use separate things on the inside or out.

Maam Maine aapk yaha se pittal ki kadai li hai but mujhe nahi pata ho PA raha ki isk ander kaise saaf karen kyonki kuch fry karne par tel k nisaan jo jalte hai WI saaf nahi ho.paate

Ma'am we recommend an Iron kadhai for frying since the utensils need to be cleaned and scrubbed thoroughly after frying and brass cannot be scrubbed so hard.

After cooking in brass or iron utensils which type of utensils should be used to store the food especially curry based food and non curry based sookhi sabji ..please suggest.

Sir you can leave the food in brass utensils, but you need to transfer them after cooking in iron utensils. I'd recommend you take the food out in a glass container.

लोहे के बर्तन में पकाने या बनाने के पश्चात उसे मिट्टी या कांच के बर्तन में ट्रांसफर कर सकते हैं और मिट्टी कांच के बर्तनों में यह भोजन बहुत अधिक समय तक ताजा बना हुआ रहता है और गुणकारी भी।
