La primera máquina parece ser falsa. Porque no tiene sentido y no debería porqué ralentizarse al conectar la bombilla de luz o batería. Es decir, la electricidad se produce debido a que la rueda gira y como tiene un motor dentro, produce la electricidad, solo eso. No debería porqué bajar su potencia al conectar la bombilla o batería. Porque el motor en teoría estaría girando para producir electricidad, no girar con electricidad que se le da para eso. O solo que funcione de otra manera y el vapor ayuda a que gire un poco más. Pero, parece que es falso

What about a steam style engine that runs on compressed air. Then on all 4 wheels have a wheel driving air comprssor. The more you drive the more air you pump. Could be a car that drives on air. Just have a reserve tank to start with then once you move it can go indefinitely

It strikes me that 21 Watts is not that much energy and we might produce this equally from a solar panel or windmill. As for anything using a steam boiler, unless we really know what we are doing there is huge potential of dander from explosion. One book on model steam boilers written around 100 years ago mentions that a boiler containing as little as a half pint of water can be lethal! From memory, a half cup of water can contain as much energy as ten 0.5" calibre bullets!
