  1. Focus and concentrate on non-customers, not the customers, find out new customers, non-customers. 2. Focus on commonalities, not on differences. 3. Value innovation not technology innovation, technology itself does not create value unless it is linked to the demand of the non-customers. 4. Focus to find out non-destructive creation, a new solution for the existing old problems, not the new solution for a new problem. 5 Create a differentiating value by maintaining the low cost, provide the service of a luxurious 5-star hotel at the cost of a 3-star hotel, provide the service of a luxurious private air jet at the cost of a commercial airline.

  It is true that the key to success in our modern markets is to avoid competition and search for alternatives which is considered a necessity rather than luxurious , but we must be able to segregated two main factors at this point " Quality cost And Innovation " what Amazon is doing is more innovative while other entrepreneurs should be looking at how to provide the best quality with the lowest price and if not so they should be looking at the most suitable markets to sell their products or to provide their service and in between comes the rules and the regulations of trade policies besides tax rates because this isn't something we can divide and deal with it on separate bases , but the main concept is correct and that i agree with
