I am a mixed media artist who loves to share my process-- I try to make art that makes people feel connected and seen. I enjoy creating videos that are helpful, relaxing and inspiring. Through my art I aim to convey messages or a feeling that uplifts and inspires others to be the best version of themselves. We can all be each other's cheerleader--I'm rooting for you!
I always thought being an artist was for other people. As a kid I was always happily surrounded by coloring books, scrap paper, glue and markers--it was instinctual for me to create dioramas, collages and art work by the droves!
It was only after many years (and careers) of trying to fit my round self into a square hole that I realized being an artist wasn't just for others, it was for ME too.
It all started with some adult painting classes--abstract art burst my heart wide open; it brought me back to my artistic self and I haven't looked back since.
Come take a peek + see what calls to you.

This is soooooo good‼️. I love those 2 colors together. It reminds me of a Traci Verdugo painting.
@LynnLBE Thanks Lynn! I love those colors too. 😍
Still lovely
@@thetruequeenofthenorth975 Thank you 😊
This is absolute genius!
Thanks for watching! It's fun to create them. 😄
I watch a lot of videos on gelli plate work. I also look on Pinterest for ideas which I save. I especially like your color combinations. Lovely work
Pinterest is such a treasure trove of inspiration! I use it too. 😄 Thanks so much for watching, as always Dana!
So cool
Thanks for being here!
That is adorable. Love the colors you choose.
Thanks for watching. 👀 I love that little owl!
That is beautiful. Great colors.
Thank you Debbie!
Love this song somuch and this artwork I want to see it finished!!!!! I’m so happy right now.
Thanks for watching!
Thank you for the tips. I hardly ever use my Gelli plate because the prints turn out muddy. Now I know why. I'll give it another try. Hopefully with better results 😊
Just have fun with it! The more you experiment, the better your prints get. 😊
By watching the videos of clever artists like you. The colours are pure magic... lovely ❤
Thank you so much for watching!
I have a Notion page where I keep favorite images I find on the internet for reference when I need some inspiration. How do you get inspired when you need a little nudge?
Those are really neat ways to make these. Thank you for sharing.
Thanks for watching, Debbie!
I wonder if you had any hesitancy ordering from Temu? A couple of my friends but, i have yet to do it...
Hi Patricia, I did at first but haven't run into any problems. I have read that the owner of the company is cleaning up the issues, but I understand your hesitancy!
I have watched a few of your videos, and I am just wondering how you glue down your pieces so nicely? I have a hard time with my collage pieces laying flat without wrinkles, etc. Thank you
I totally understand. I think you need to experiment with your papers so you know what weight needs a heavier glue. When I work on index cards, I use a uhu glue stick. When I am doing the larger mixed media collage pieces, I use satin fluid medium. Even still, I get wrinkles on occasion too!
I really like the end result. I saw something the other day, sanding glossy magazine and coffee table books. They have to be glossy and the end result is I retesting, ages the pictures.
Yes, sanding any papers can give it a whole new look!
I love those colours. Thank you for showing how to make washi tape at home.
It's so simple and a lot of fun!
That looks good. I will definitely try this. Thank you and subscribed.
Thanks so much for watching!
That is so beautiful
Thank you Debbie!
I'll admit to being enough of bookworm that altering books feels awful to me. But your work is gorgeous! ❤
I understand that feeling--I was a little hesitant at first, too! Thanks for watching. ❤️
Excellent presentation! You have given new life to both stencils and boring gel prints today!

what brands are all those juicy stencils you use ?

I just love the colors! Putting black down first then following with lighter color results in an amazing print. I learned how to do this from watching you. Thank you for your shorts & videos❤
