Had a 2011 4.4TDV8 since Dec 2022, bought for £10,400 with 109k miles on it. It's a total pain in the arse but I wouldn't be without it. It's basically an anachronism on wheels. It had had £1400 spent before I bought it including new airbags all round and under sealant. I bought a new spare wheel (£250) on eBay and the car has had two tyres (original Pirelli Scorpion 20". It's also had about £2000 maintenance in that time including two new calipers and rear discs. I was going to buy the Disco 4 and turn it into an overlander. Found that the DDRR actually better value and more presentable. Engine and gearbox perfect for the car. Don't buy them and expect to have a cheap car, needs ongoing maintenance. Mine now has 120k miles and very pleased with it.

Great video, Scotland is super nice for driving. Get past Glasgow, then it's good. Driving through Glasgow is not. The further north the better it gets.
I'd recommend a BMW L322 instead of a Ford L322, also 160k miles the price was too high. Around 5k tops. The delivery isn't free either that's all factored into the price. Anyway hope you enjoy the car and best of luck you seem super nice.

If it's rotary gear selector that means it's a 4.4 tdv8 but they don't normally want turbos 3.6 yes but not 4.4 I'd be cautious about that .
I think your stats are wrong, 6.6sec to 60mph is the std RWD model with 240hp, the LR model has 350hp and does 4.8 0-60 mph.

I have a stock 2009 in silver with manual box and 60,000 miles Love it. Unlike the RS5 which is raw all the time, this you can drive slow or fast and enjoy. Love the vid ❤

Tesla selling a new Y for £399/mth not £500
Bought my first new Tesla model S in 2018 leaving behind my C43 Coupe and have never looked back! Love it and bought a new model 3 for my wife last August and she loves hers. Also got my sister who did not like Tesla to buy a new Y and guess what…She and her husband loves it! My close friend also bought a model 3 for his wife and a few months later bought a new shape model 3 for his son and a new Y for his daughter. They all love them. Only ice car I would consider buying is a 911 as a second car as there’s something special about 911’s

26:32 when she says you would have to get used to the brake and accelerator in the other car, I know the feeling, I have an BYD Atto3 and although there isn't the one pedal driving in it, I did however as I have an Mitsubishi Outlander I had to get used to driving that again, which I still do when hop back in it, due to driving the electric Atto3...I totally get you when you say that...but can't wait though til I drive an Model Y, may have tog et used to the centre screen, but as I drive an Atto3 probably am used it, as I do look over to the left for the centre screen when am driving due to my having the navigation screen on. but also have the screen in front of me too,

I just bought one and I love it soooo soooo much. You can't find very many cars like this, especially stateside. V8 6MT WITH AWD? And its 12 years old, sure, but it does not look 12 years old. I get a lot of people asking about it, definitely a bit of a unicorn.
