어이~ 의사양반, 변호사 마누라랑 둘다 이탈리아계 양키 미국인이냐? 이태리에서 코코뱅은 한국 가정에서 종종 먹는 카레와 비슷한 위치에 있는 음식인데 코코뱅하고 페어링할 와인을 모르는 인간이 있겠냐ㅋㅋㅋ 리즐링 트로켄이나 샤블리, 소비뇽블랑과도 어울리고 보르도와 극강으로 어울린다. 프리미티보나 네그로아마, 산제오베제, 피노누아,템프라니요랑도 잘어울리는데 이걸 모르는 인간이 있겠냐

The Rieslings from Mosel and Elsass are just great. I by myself prefere the Rieslings of Rhineland-Palatinate in Germany, especially the wines from the village Forst. The winyards "Kirchenstück", "Pechstein", "Jesuitengarten" and "Ungeheuer" are very famous in Germany. That of course doesn't mean anything necessarily. But they have such beautiful mineral and tropic fruits and complexity that I just love them!

Also, I think the roussanne in barrel tastes of more acid is because it does. The evaporation and topping of barrels concentrates those conpounds that can't evaporate through the barrel.
