  tell youre friend he dosnt need to "set the hook" everytime hes about to pull the fish in, then he probably wouldnt loose the fish hes so agressive.:)

  Now I’ve only caught three large trevs but one of them was over thirty so I have somewhat of an idea on how to get them to bite when they’re just chasing the lure like they were when you got the big trout, just fast wind the stick bait and they’ll smash it as opposed to half assed hits
