Very beautiful place! It reminds me of the creeks and small rivers in Utah, Colorado, Montana, Wyoming and Alaska here in the US! I'm sure there's more states here with the sasne clear breathtaking views but those are the states I've actually fished in for trout and salmon mostly! Thanks for the video adventure!

We had to hide behind trees/shrubs to cast at JP as they’re very spooky. It paid off my mate got one around 50cm

Loving your work as per usual...just an observation, should you guys not be fishing a lure that can have a single debarbed hook instead of trebles. Those trebles will do alot of damage to those small fishes mouths

Plenty of spots just as pretty right off the highway.. better quality further you trek though

Not sure about you Mr Bowly, and I'm tipping you're NEVER doing that again?! 😂 But I would have just ditched the rods, and soaked in that gorgeous water!

30 seconds in thinking there is junngle pearch in those waters maybe even Sootys .. Diffrent kettle of fishing in those waters .. More stealth neeeded musch mpore stelath when walkling towards and in the creek ... Much stealth needed, surface from the shade ino the sunlight always the best place , need a little less action on the fizzer and a walk the dog slowly , remanicessnt of a lizard hitting the water and they go mental .... One of Qld great northern fresh water fish . The sheer mention around fishos when you say you causgh a 40 cm one is alwys met with scouffing and or hatred , jealousy , Dissbelife ect ect .The modern day though every one has a camera . Make the bet before you show them .. FFS Bowly when ya going to get a 20 kg Red Emperor like my thumb nail mate ....First thing needed is your boat a broom stick some good 60lb line with 80 leader then head wide , real wide ............. once their look for a large .......... at least ..... meters deeep drop some ........ over a few drifts ,and bag out on the Reds , stop for some trout and red throats in shallows for some sight casting and fun ... I get offered free fishing trips often ,when you see surf in FNQ you are getting close top the giant Reds, but as a young man catching and tagging Barras i learnt reeally quickly what heppanes when you tell / show people . My mate on the other hand will fuckign draw people a map . Some times i dont understand his logic ,photos are enough to tease.... But that is another story .. Great to see you in the FNQ rivers ... Some reds please good man . I am living vicariuosly through you and some other tubers whilst i wait for neck fusion operations ....so please some red empror and a cook up of said fillets ... FUCK !!!! Dam it now i need to get some , ill be back ....... Another great video .... FUCK ME and my Fish Whore mouth ...... FUCK !!!!! i got me the Red cravings now FFS ....
