tbh, you didnt fight uragaan correctly with the lance. With the lance, you need to stick on uragaan a guard when he does something strong. If you run away it'll take too long!

4:31 was this weapon changed? On my game (PC) the radiant flow sucks, only 150 dragon damage, and is no longer hidden element. I can’t find anything about it anywhere. Even the sharpness m different, it’s so weird. All the wikis say it’s hidden element 450 damage, but mines a completely different sword stats wise but with same name and look. It has the defense +30 still and 2 deco slots, but has worse sharpness and no hidden element. Was it nerfed?

Quick note on flinch shotting enraged monsters: It can be done, they just need to be in an exhaustion animation.

Alt zino hbg with 3 shields and 4 guard is broken lol yes not highest damage but it out dpses most weapons in game and you are tank that deals ton of damage and have pretty much lance shield 🙈

This video was wonderful, all the tips helped me but I ended up calling for help with the Barioth fight and succeeding that way. I tried solo twice, once lost spending 42 minutes dying and then I did a second solo run I spent 27 minutes in the fight and ended up dying despite the gear I had. Yeah this fight is absolutely one of the hardest I have faced but the tips in this video helped a lot.

I remember I got my Kjarr dual blades "ICE" with built in crit element, white sharpness, I decided to upgrade them and ended up with 390 ice/407 attack I also gemmed in ice+1 so I could get 420 cuz memes, and used AT Namielle 4-set piece true element acceleration for a massive 570 ice. Good times.

Shield mod is only good if your running HBG with spread shots while using the scope or just running spread shots. It’s not good for any other bullet type because with spread you need to be close to get the max damage and the shield will help you tank while your close range.

Actually another weapon that benefits from evade extender is the SWAX. The swax has very low evade initially when the weapon is drawn and the gunlance is one of the best dodging and repositioning weapons with evade extender especially if your using a wide shelling. I’ve been playing Mh since the first one on ps2. Played all of them except frontier.

Probably already covered by other people at this point, but if you do TCS after the second charge slash, you only need to charge up the TCS two times for max power. If you skip the second charge slash by tackling or slinger burst, you need to charge the TCS three times for max power.

About the insect glaive clinging to walls, I usually use it to climb really high walls without wedge beetles, I have no idea if it's faster but it feels faster to me and that's what matters to me

After barely killing the low hp alatreon with 3 deaths on the run, I am not satisfied on it. As part of my gameplay I would always go with a solo kill and just do sos when farming, so before going to fatalis I go on the grind to get stronger gears, augment and be a better hunter. I did cheat a bit on the decos and kjarr as I do not have a lot of time to play but it is still a hard battle. Everything is a do or die moment. After a few days of trying I finally killed it. This tips are really great even though I unga bunga him and only read a few tips like breaking the horn without knowing why. I couldnt even utilize the claw shot(am not good) but still I won. Wahahahaha. Now I go for fatalis which is said to be notoriously hard for lance but I will succeed
