I followed this show from the start and I am so glad you talked about it because YES Cedric's Arch is that good! In general, this show was great at redeeming villains, I would love it if you made something like this for Amber as well. But back to Cedric, I really like his particular moment with Vivian in the substitute teacher episode. He recognises that insecurity and fear that she's making things worse because she is struggling with magic and he is really good at addressing it because he has been there. This show is so well done, thank you for talking about it!

The Spanish make great heroic antagonists. They are relatively competent, consistent, and the twist that they want to destroy the fountain is a clever and a great way to tie up an incredibly OP McGuffin. They also reflect their historical traits pretty well. The admiral asking his men to make a note reflects the fact that the Spanish were known for documenting almost everything they saw and did, and the obvious one being their Catholic faith being a great motivation to destroy a heathen demonic site that suck the soul of someone to benefit someone else.

For a channel that was targeted towards preschoolers, "Sofia The First" is rather edgy. In fact, calling it a preschool show would be quite an insult. I would go as far as comparing this to shows like "Gravity Falls" or "The Owl House."

I agree with your points. Lotso is indeed the most terrifying villain ever created in an animated film. He turned a happy daycare center into a terrible prison/hell, manipulated Big Baby (and possibly the other guys who were members of his team) into working with him, brainwashed Buzz, made many toys get tortured in the Caterpillar room, punished anyone who opposed him or tried to escape, told the toys they're just trash destined to be thrown away. And lastly, Lotso even tried to kill Woody and his friends by leaving them to die in the incinerator.

The wedding was part of the play and not an actual wedding, though it's possible Miss Piggy secretly got a real efficient so she could secretly marry him before he decided to actually marry her or so it could feel more like the real deal as they played two characters getting married in a musical.

McLeach is my favourite Disney Animation villain, as he was more intimidating than his predecessor Madame Medusa. Medusa was generally a well written villainess, but one is more realistic, as poachers do exist in real life and are just as dangerous because majority won’t hesitate to harm people who attempt to stop them, which is what gives him that fear factor, as well as being afraid for Cody’s safety, especially later on in the movie. He’s cruel, sadistic and selfish in personality which makes him even scarier. McLeach additionally tricked the rangers into thinking Cody had fallen into crocodile infested waters and died, by tossing Cody’s backpack in so nobody would think he was kidnapped by a dangerous monster. Additionally that truck he drives, the Bushwhacker, was jaw droppingly amazing and chilling to look at, his home/hideout in the abandoned opal mines was just as sinister and empty. Also McLeach was just inches away from succeeding in his goal, and is perfectly alright with threatening Cody with weapons, including knifes and his gun, which is horrifying. Overall, everything about this character is bleak, disturbing and terrifying and I think it’s done really well to make the viewer think that’s definitely one person you wouldn’t want to meet in the Australian Outback. Nowadays, McLeach somewhat reminds me of Freddy Krueger, as they both wisecrack while being so cruel threatening and totally sadistic towards their victims, maybe that’s just me though. Hopefully with the recognition this movie is getting more recently, McLeach may get brought back into more cameos and roles in the future. It would be very cool if he was made into a boss in Kingdom Hearts for example.

Never have I hated this movie, in fact this is my third favourite Star Wars movie after Empire and Revenge. It is such a charming and beautiful film, and I genuinely see it as perfect. If you asked me to name one thing in it that I didn't like, I wouldn't be able to tell you. 10/10. Thank you for making this video because I am beyond tired of people sleeping on this movie, it is phenomenal!

I loved Muppets treasure Island but that's probably because it was the first "old school" Muppets movie I saw. I was able to see the world premier of Muppets most wanted (though I was 12 when it came out) so that one also holds a special place in my heart. I could never really get into a Christmas carol though. Not sure why.

So I'm not sure if this is the case with American Disney merch, but in China and Japan they LOVE Lotso. Not the way people love villains like Jafar or Gaston, but like he's just a uwu teddy bear. Tons of cute fluffy merch. Entire sets of blind box figurines that are nothing but Lotso. Never a hint that he's a villainous character. I guess it works in a meta sense, like within the universe of Toy Story most Lotso Bears were "normal" toys and it's just this particular one that went rogue. Anyway, I just found that interesting.

I do agree, it's not the worst movie in the world not by far, I do think it's pretty decent at the end of the day, but yes it is also pretty overrated, I don't feel this to be a masterpiece like maby a lot of other people do, but again it's only opinion , I don't hate the film, but I don't love it either.

I find this sequel is more disturbing to me than anything else. I mean, ralph is in his 30's, and Vanellope can't be any older than 10. Yet, he is still very clingy and not in a fatherly or brotherly way...

I just want to point a little retcon that ive noticed between the two movies... And thats the fact that Mike mentions that Sully's been jealous of Mike's looks since the 4th Grade. He says this in the first movie. And this movie makes it out to seem like this is the first time they've ever met. Just a little continuity error that the makers of MU forgot to take into account
