  Several Much older Afro Caribs including my Afro-Puerto Rican Mayan grandma told me when the first Euro whitey men came to Caribbean the indigenous Taino n other tribes told them there'd already been men in ships visiitting them, and that the men were very dark skinned with dark hair like sheep. Some had stayed and married Taino women. That predates centuries before whitey Euro men got to the Caribbean West Indies. Then the trans Atlantic slave trade reintroduced genes that were already oresent in the Caribbean, Mexico, South United States, and South America.

  Olmecs Toltecs of Meso America were African. They married Native American indigenous women n that's where my Maya n Taino ancestors came from. The whitening of our Black Anerican history stinks like their pure white rankasses.

  We have our own truths my sister. BUT, historically… the Europeans sent missionaries to west Africa and converted the masses making them easier to enslave.   I called the embassies in Ottawa and DC.. numbers don’t work. And the high commission in NYC the voicemail cuts of in the middle of leaving a message. Email to their Ministry of foreign affairs goes unanswered. Note; this has been my experience in contacting many African embassies. Kinda sad really. I once sent an email to 40+ AU members; 30+ of the emails bounced… and these were official domain addresses.

  Thank you for the work that you're doing on the Continent. I recently discovered your channel. I'm a British-Jamaican currently living in Zambia. I lived in Tanzania for a year prior. I left Tanzania in 2022 due to the challenges with immigration. I have my own view on the reasons the 'system' is set to fail us, but that's a discussion for another day. I am hoping to visit Kenya (for the 4th time) toward the end of April. Let me know if you and your family will be there around that time.
