Brothers we better off going to Africa. I bought a plot of land in jamaica 2021, until now me cann hear nothing re documents or final payment. Acquire 3 plots in Ghana 2022, got my indenture and just finish my foundation. Money I paid for the 3 plots, that was down-payment on 1 plot in jamaica. I feel let down as someone who has spent many years in the UK and had to change my mind from returning to my island jamaica. Good move you have made, good luck.

Congratulations 🎉 on your success in Ghana!! I am sorry about what happened in Jamaica; you have to be so care when buying land anywhere. The process in Kenya was efficient. From my payment to receiving the deeds was approximately 6 weeks.

Thanks for your comment. I have already have the plans drawn up. But unfortunately building will not commence for a few years. I have two other projects on the go before I build a home… and I have to get my immigration situation sorted.
