Thanks for all your time and effort. Did any of the intakes require cutting the fender? I thought I read mods may be necessary with the Vision Air.

Definitely Rp 🫡💪🏾🔥🔥… Quick question would be the best stage cam to drop in a yfz 450r With only Rp full Exhaust system and Rp intake ,vortex ,45mm throttle body. Would a webcam are hot cam be better? And what stage would be best. Tryna get more top end and mid range

Another great descriptive video Matt. Been waiting for this one for some time. Awesome to see the in depth answers to each dyno pass and showing the HP/TQ difference between the intakes, definitely a close race between some of them! Would be interesting to see the different kinds of head work (porting, cams, and valves) does to the power and torque. Keep killin it! 🤘🏽

this is great factual content men. obviously its better with a tuned vortex. but, would you say you we can start with a RP full system, and upgrade to a vortex in the future? (just starting in the sport) or you would say, RP system without vortex makes no sense? thanks

Tip of the day !! If the timing plugs strip out, remove the stator cover and pull everything off of it. With just the cover, drill a hole in the center of the plug, put a bolt and nut through it and tighten. Being that the bolt is in the center if you tighten it, it should be reversed of the threads on the plug and should spin right out . Then remove the nut and bolt for future use and reassemble with new plugs. Be sure to remove all metal shavings !

Excellent tutorial video sir! Love how you share tech tips and your best practices! Thank you. A couple of questions, I’m a weekend warrior not a pro racer like you😎. What’s the reasoning behind full nerf bars vs heel guards besides safety. Is it silly to purchase heel guards over full nerf bars? We don’t have many trees here in central Texas. Trying to save money. I like the Rath and Factory43. Any cons with the 43 company that you’re aware of? The latter company is more affordable too plus quicker shipping lol. Next, should we add blue loctite to the main bolts or torquing them to OEM specs without loctite is plenty? I wish you had a website to purchase items from! I’d support you! Last, how long did you have to wait for your bars to arrive at your address? Thank you again sir! Keep up the great videos!

Also, do you find the oxy fuels to be hard on EFI sensors or corrosive in any way? that was the old rumor back about ten years ago on the yfz forums. I've never ran any of it personally. Great video's by the way. It's good to see proven results and not just opinions and speculation. You should consider doing a Camshaft comparison on a stock motor.. I know that is asking a lot, but was the topic of arguments since the YFZR hit the market.

When you say pump gas, is any of it ethanol based? That's the problem in my area, a lot of 91-93 octane pump gas has ethanol in it.
