I really like these sentiments would appreciate if the text wasn't white bc it becomes really hard to read white text on a light background like that second to last shot on the beach I can't even read that one and I would like to.

If you haven’t already I would definitely look into Long Covid. So many millions have it - often after asymptomatic infections - and it messes you up so much. The cyclical nature of your symptoms is VERY similar to what LC people are experiencing. Might be what’s going on.

Thank you so much. This is my constant internal monologue and I never understood why my approach to tasks is so different from everyone around me. I'm always telling myself "just get up", "do it now", "it's not that hard", "discipline!", "stop being a p*ssy", etc.. I seriously have always thought it was due to lack of discipline or me being lazy and ngl I still think that. But your video opened my eyes a little more. For the past three days I've been cleaning my room and I keep beating myself up for not just buckling down and finishing it. I keep telling myself those hurtful things, but after watching this video I will now try to be nicer to myself. Anyways idk what I'm trying to say. Basically thank you for this wake up call and reminder that I'm not a failure for struggling to get out of bed and bring at least one dish downstairs. I'm not lazy. I don't need to be more disciplined. I just need to be more patient with myself and celebrate the little things. Like how I can see my carpet finally and stretch out on my bed!!

I hate my stomach rolls. Tight clothes look bad on me. It brings attention to my belly, and I hate that. I cry all the time. I’ve doing fine eating wise, but it is getting worse. I’ll skip meals so I can have a treat, and I’ll feel good about myself for eating little. I’ll be hungry but not eat. Idk what to do.
