I love that old chestnut we had a 5 star ancap in 2019, that’s does not matter and it should be illegal to say that. So basically it likely be a 3 now that standards have been upped

The Japanese brands need to lift their game asap or they’ll loose considerable market share in no time. I always said I’d never buy a Chinese vehicle out of principle, however I’m slowly changing my mind as Japanese cars aren’t changing quite enough.

It is an epic vehicle and anyone hating on it just means they don't understand it... of course you can like or dislike the looks but the whole package is truly unique from 48v to steer by wire to everything else.

Well now it is 20 grand off. Wonder if the review would change at a 40k price point? Still seems to lack features compared to the other 40k range cars

The middle gold one looks nice , I’m after a suv coupe style car but not the expensive European car more the Japanese sth Korean type that’s easier on my wallet but there’s not many here in Australian to choose from …if any .

BYD is an extremely low quality and dangerous EV from China. BYD cars are known to be of extremely low quality and the battery packs are known to explode and burst into flames and commonly kill the occupants of the car. If you value your life and don’t want to waste your money, you’ll never buy a BYD car. They are deathtraps.

Don't waste your time. Got a genesis, absolutely disgraceful post sale service on issues ongoing over 30,000km and still not resolved. Save yourself time and money and go with proven German quality. In my experience and also feedback from others i know with genesis vehicles, Massage seats failed, sunroof ticking, Android auto dropping out constantly, poor body work with large panel gaps, dash pops sounding like it's going to break glass, rear diff failure. I could go on

To fold the second row sit from the third row seat you can just pull the tab located at the bottom of the second row seat. No need to reach out to the lever on the side of the second row seat.

Shame that the small car segment is dead & extinct in the USA. All we have is bloated, overpriced garbage here.

6:48 The suspension is adaptive rather than active. The damper stiffness electronically adjusts in real time, but there is no high-speed actuation of the height of each corner like the Taycan Turbo GT with Porsche Active Ride, the S-Class with E-Active Body Control, or the BYD DiSus X. Only systems that can impart kinetic energy into the suspension are classified as active.
