I weigh more than my tent, so you’re saying I need to upgrade my suspension because of my own weight too?

37x12.5 KO2s measure in at 35.5 diam. With that gives a good compromise. That with a 2.5 lift and a method beadgrip wheels makes a perfect Overlander/point and excelerate combination... a real go anywhere jeep with a little spare change left in your pocket.

Watch the clickbait short and read the clickbait article that fails to point out another car that "were faster and better looking" Unless you count the NSX and R32GTR which had extremely similar trap times??

Sick build! I’m putting 37’s on my LJR auto soon, but am unsure what gears to choose. Is this LJ an auto as well? If so, how does your dad like the 5.13’s?

The Nissan Silvia S15 is a favorite of mine, even though the Supra is iconic the body lines and sleek design of the S15 paired with the amazing tones definitely won me over.

Question. I know the notorious jeepers out there know the answer. I am new and I have a YJ i want to put a suspension on it however I dont have the grown up money to buy other modifications. I read that 2-2.5” is what I might need cause I want to hit moderate trails in Colorado. If you guys have recommendations and tips please let me know.

If you notice closely, the N driving line was off and that cost him to understeer. Im sure he corrected it later that day but it shows that it was R's driving experience that got him the victory. Good show.

I’ve got 37’s with 3.73 gears. Zero issues on or off road. Only lost 2.4 mpg. Don’t get the CHEAPEST version of the vehicle you want. No 2.0 or 3.6 🤮 If you can find one get the 3.0 diesel. DO the delete kit. Your engine will thank you.

I don’t do any soeacial off road or any crazy just my daily driving to work or long drives in highway. Thanks in advance.

Don't waste your money and energy in order to run slower. In the past, expensive automatic transmission wasted a lot of energy, so there was a reason to use manual transmission. But with DCT, you can drive faster by focusing on handling and braking. Only 7-speed DSG Golf R wins EN DCT which wins all MT cars(~300hp) even in drag.

Most overlanders just go from government rec site to government rec site anyways and probably hit nothing worse then a logging road. So definitely 35s are plenty! Overall one of the more logical Jeep vids out there 👍

Burning smell is something I experienced but it goes away. I put 44,000 miles on my 22 and I have 9,000 on my 24. But fuel smell in the oil is due to blow by and you will want to change your oil no later than 5k with 100% Synthetic engine oil.

Been watching your videos. A lot of great info on the channel! I bought the Ikamper BDV solo barely used for half price. I thought the weight would be an issue, but with the wider dimensions on my older SUV, I don't notice it being top heavy or any massive decrease in mileage. If I don't set up my awnings, I can pack it down and be on the road in less than 5 mins. Benefits of a wedge, I guess. I stayed away from the folding ones because they are bulky and have a lot of exposure to the elements. Every one I've ever seen used was moldy on the edges. Also, it looks like a big hassle to set up. Cheers, Harry!🎉
