So glad to find! doing all the bearings on my 2021 Alpine Trail and couldn't for the life of me figure this out! 6903\6902\6901, the first bolt was totally seized, I torched the allen but it still stripped, I hammered in a T27 torx, and really torched the torx head and the bolt head as much as I dared, then used my mid torque impact on it (so hard to turn wratchet and bike at same time even with swing arm strapped) finally it came out, either threadlock or some kind of corrosion on the two aluminum bolts, what a pain, my bearings are almost totally siezed, amazed it still worked, but I do have like 4000km and 100,000m on this wonderful machine.

I did find a thru axle on bikesonline but it has 20mm thread length. It looks like that would work even though the thread length is a bit longer.
@marin_bikesАй бұрын
Sounds like it, provided you have a Rift Zone 27.5 and not a 29", and your bike has a Shimano HG-compatible cassette. We recommend an axle closer to our spec, as that longer one may bottom out (no more threads) when inserted.
@denbarb329 күн бұрын
@@marin_bikes It’s a 27.5. It still has the original cassette right now but it may be close to time to change it and the chain. Do you have any links for the axle? That’s been difficult to find.
