Forest Service Green is the favorite amongst quite a few Marin staffers ;)
I looked at one but ultimately got a great deal on a 2022 Gestalt 1. Though I wanted steel, the lightness and more traditional road bike feel (and cheap price!) ended up winning me over. It’s great so far!

I am torn between the Nicasio+ vs the Surly Preamble. How is the Marin better than the Surly. What are your thoughts? thanks

Can I fit 700C x 40mm tires in this bike?

Yes, the Nicasio+ will accommodate up to a 700x40mm tire. The Nicasio 2 model is limited by the front derailleur, which is why that one has a 700x30mm.
I want one here in India. They say marin nicassio plus and nicassio 2 aren't available at all in India. I want one, but how?
