    I've used door hangers before. And I got them made with the Hull already punched out in it to actually hang on a doorknob so that would be a good advice to give your viewers instead of making holes and using rubber bands, which would take a lot longer you could have got them already made to hang over a door or A. Handle

    In Florida is better to open up a Barbershop. You make more money cut it . $30 to $35 Four a haircut, And when you go cut a property for $30 You see, how big is the home property? Then look at the size of your head and figure that one out. I think i'm going to open up a few barber shops Make easy money.

    So right now I've got 98 lawn clients and I'm solo my brother helps me get through late May/early June 2 days a week when the grass pops. I'll give you some crazy advice if your starting off. #1 GET GROUPS. A small group of 4 yards that takes you an hour for $30/cut is worth much more than two clients spaced 10 minutes away at $45/cut. #2 word of mouth is how you build large groups, always do a good job. #3 most of your clients will be elderly, they do and will recommend you to neighbors. #4 don't buy a new or fancy truck, a used 3/4 ton will haul anything, buy it outright get commercial plates, insurance minimums, and forget investing your hard earned cash into depreciating assets. #5 put your money into reliable mowers with a suspension system so you don't wreck your lower back. #6 learn how to maintain your mower and keep your blades sharp. #7 learn how to skip trim and blow off driveways when it gets dry. #8 find a way to organize invoicing, personally I do this every two months it me takes 3 hours. #9 get a fucking accountant it's a business write off. #10 keep your clients in line and manage their expectations. I go weeks sometimes months failing to return client phone calls. Force them into texting or emailing you. Life is too short. If a client is too needy ignore them, raise the price, or cut them loose. If a client doesn't pay, be patient with them but after 10 cuts let them go and threaten them with calling the cops to file a "theft of service" claim before suing them in small claims court. Also do not take on clients that have run down properties (i.e. towels/sheets as curtains, missing or severely damaged exterior). I've never in my 4 years of running my business had to take anyone to small claims but I have had to threaten a select few with legal action.

    Are you guy’s using a web developer or team for your website? What is your budget for online marketing and web development? Is it built on Wordpress or something similar? What strategies are you using for SEO? You mention having your name on multiple sources, any other tips? I’m starting from the ground up in a new city. Looking to build my business right from the start. Using Squarespace, little bit of a learning curve for myself. I’ve received a handful of quotes having an individual or a team build the multi-page website. SEO management quotes are anywhere from $100 - $300 a month. With most website building being quoted at $5k.

    Well I started at 59 years old. I was tired all the time, felt like I was losing muscle and strength. Had a low libido. T level was 208. After starting trt within about 3 day my libido went sky high. I would have erections all the time for no apparent reason. I almost screwed my poor wife to death. Her liver disease got worse and all that had to stop. Having a high libido and nothing to use it on is a friggin nightmare. LoL My muscle and strength seemed to improve a good bit. I started growing hair everywhere. All that lasted about 6-9 months then leveled off. The libido thing is still there but not as bad. After everything leveled off my appetite went nuts and I've put on a good deal of fat. I never saw any difference in sleep quality. My energy level is back down and poor in my opinion. All in all what I can say now is I'm hairier, fatter, and wake up with a boner every morning. Oh yeah, my t level is in the 700+ now. Any suggestions,?

    Nice video but you are wrong. It matters because if you are starting out then you need a strong and powerful mower that makes the job as easy as possible. Because if you start mowing either before or after your day job, you only have so much time and energy to spend in between living your life and everyday tasks. Buying a 300 dollar mower that struggles when the grass is slightly higher is definitely not the right move even if it does get the job done. As long as it is within your means you definitely need to get one with a powerful engine and self propelled with 4wd drive and a easy start system that are built for commercial use. Brand doesn´t matter as long as the product is of standard quality and has parts readily available. For example Husqvarna sells such mowers and they usually cost 1k -1.5k here where I am from. But yeah, technically you can cut grass with any random mower. So in conclusion, in my opinion, a mower with a powerful engine that won´t struggle even when the grass is taller than normal is a must in order to save your time and strength so you could actually mow lawns.

    Its not about numbers, its about how you feel. Someone may feel great at 200, someone may feel really bad at 800 but feel great at 1200 and feel bad at 1500. So its finding optimal, too much is too much but wise doctors say forget the reference range etc, they dont tell basically anything, its how you feel that tells what going on. Of course you check the blood panel yearly or so. Free T = bioavailable T

  • @bogse
    @bogse20 күн бұрын

    Ref range is about 300-1000 (I would say anyone under 400 with low T symptoms should consider going on TRT, its not a life long trip for everyone and if oyu want kids then stop it for then) but what most docs dont understand ref range doesnt mean its good. I took several years T levels measurements and then showed them to general doc and he said "many men has low T". That sounded so stupid it was hard to believe doc would say that. Its almost like hey doc I have a cancer "yea many have cancer, next patient". I was under 300 in most of my measures but I didnt want to go on TRT and doc wouldnt prescribe it to me anyway. Anyway going to general doc for testo issues is waste of time. Then I went to Thailand for a vacation and saw there are mens health/TRT clinics. I got the shot, that was it, only problem was how I get it in my country. There is no way I buy it from the streets. Luckily I found urologist who promised me you will be on TRT rest of your life, dont worry about not being prescribed again. That was a relief. I dont feel optimal and I want to add more but I wait until autumn and lets see what changes we do with the doc. Ive been lifting without TRT 20+ years, then I just didnt have energy to go to gym anymore. About 5 months on TRT and Im stronger than I ever was "naturally" and I trained very hard for decades. Until my T rock bottomed. Now I can train like I trained in my teens but I have more T in my system now and I guess thats why I lift more than ever. but yea, thats just a positive side effect for those who lift. Best thing is that my morning erections were totally gone last 15 years, Libido zero, no erection for weeks I thougt its just an age thing but it was low T thing. Losing your erection is like, why I even live anymore and when you get that back you dont want to go back where you were so TRT until I die. It also has numerous other health benefits that science is founding more and more. I try to put my dad on TRT but he isnt too interested ehich is sad since I see his muscles shrink and Im sure TRT would help. BTW. TRT may elevate your hemoglobin/hematocrit which can cause sleep apnea. Im just saying this if oyu havent found help for you snoring.

    Jacob, glad to see you are doing well. The lack of definiteness of purpose had me drifting for a long time. I had ZERO idea of what I wanted to do when I left your company last December. I read Close Your Wealth Gap (provided by you) and it changed my financial trajectory. It gave me the confidence to create balance sheets and a P&L for the handful of bush jobs I did while leading a crew for you. I threw myself out of the plane and found the parachute on the way down. Nearing 15 yards, schedule is booked out on hedge trimmings, calls are still coming in, and FINALLY the things you preached about in our morning meetings all make sense. From hammering door hangers on landscape jobs, to keeping equipment in good shape to avoid unnecessary maintenance costs, and understanding how every dollar gets broke down once it's brought in as "revenue". Knowing what I know now, I wish I could still be leading a crew for you. It's a lot easier to soak up the knowledge at your company if you have a burning desire to succeed. I was not an exemplary employee. But I will say after applying myself to your company and using the resources you offer, It seems I have a chance to break generational cycles of struggle and financial illiteracy. If this doesn't work out, I move on to the next business and get a part time job if I need to. 2 seasons ago you taught a financial class in IL, I remember vividly you saying "If this doesn't work out, I am fucked". I would be very intrigued to hear what "working out" looks like to you, if It hasn't already. Hope you guys have a great rest of your season, and thank you for all you've done.

    The hardest thing is finding a dr that actually knows about this stuff! I had an awesome dr that got me onto trt and checking all my levels every 6 months but he has now retired, I learnt so much from him. My current dr that prescribes is supposed to specialise in men’s health but as long as your levels are within the window that’s all that matters, not “optimizing” your levels and refuses to test for things.

    How can I estimate the change in completion time if I add more people to a job, based on my solo completion time? For instance, if it takes me 30 minutes to mow a lawn alone, how do I estimate the time with 2 people, as I plan to hire another tech?

  • @JacobGodar

    You will have to see your times on getting through your current work and bill accordingly for your future work. We estimated at first then used historical times to produce new production rates over time. Your new person at best will probably be 70% at best speed wise compared to you because you have all the skin in the game.
