I live in northeast Mesa next to Falcon Field, so I have the opportunity to go into Apache Junction often. Northern and eastern AJ near the mountains are very nice areas with a lot of large houses, almost mansions. The bad part of town is down near Main St. (old highway 60) where you'll find a lot of pawn shops, liquor stores, and very bad housing areas (I rescued my daughter's friend from one). So it's not the entire town but just some places to the southwest.
I live just outside Bullhead City in Mohave Valley. Overall crime isnt very bad and is mostly condensed in small areas and neighborhoods like Riviera area is pretty bad and id say like 90% of all crime here is drug or alcohol related
As I also from Surprise, from Fountain Hills
This is hiliarous 😂😂😂😂😂
Why tell anybody just just leave, we won't loose sleep
Good let them leave , because cardinals suck
i didnt mind the list. Agree 1000% with bullhead. Maybe not limit it to ten?
No one would wanna live in a mobile home park! 😂
Gilbert has surpassed Scottsdale AZ w/ family medium income . Is Dolls House still open in Scottsdale? They had the best chili 😋
Two dollar chainsaw 😂 there’s a homeowner out there missing his beloved chainsaw 😊
Gilbert, Arizona native here. I’ve owned five homes in Gilbert and it’s the only place for me. I have visited 15 other states and non-compared to our beautiful Arizona weather . My only complaint is where is this wind coming from lol. I would say in the last five years we have had too much wind. 😊
Globe, Miami is the armpit of Arizona
How many people love ❤ Sedona 😊
Arizona is beautiful Great content. Keep it up 👍🏻
I think there are 50 of these. "Why people are leaving [insert your state]."
Hiked the 4 mile Wildcat Trail along the floor of Monument Valley. Pretty easy and level and awesome! You are right there even closer than the road where the jeep tours go. Just this late April was the perfect time. 70 and breezy.
I just watched your video on places to stay away from in Arizona. I am interested in Show Low and Pine Top and Pine areas. Looking to eventually relocate to a higher elevation. Can you give some insight to these areas? Thanks for all the info.
Love the road trips and would enjoy seeing more. Great job Jeff!
South Phx and parts of west Phx
I’m considering moving here in the next month can somebody just give me a good honest answer if that’s a good idea or not
How many videos do you have? I have watched 3 or 4 and dont want to keep watching them over.
Just moved to AZ, your videos were a huge help with the transition. Thank you for your hard work and efforts. Really enjoy your travels, keep it up!
Most dangerous places, yes Tucson, if you have good looking children, that town was built by pedophiles. And the government there is the bad side of the feds, Phoenix had the good side of the federal government, but the water stop for the train, is still stealing kids and exporting them to elite and rich pedos world wide, it was only slowed in 2010. Now it is same, cps is to blame and ignorance is no excuse, the ones appointed to protect are the worst abusers in our nation with their satanic sex ritual abuse to those 'removed" children, only crime these families committed was having cute children, they dont take broken or ugly kids. YOU WERE WARNED. STAY AWAY FROM TUCSON IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN.
Great video...thanks
awesome video! always great content on this channel,...best Arizona channel on KZread
Don't trust anyone in Florence.
It's a dry heat, no big deal.
Awesome video and Monument Valley is worth going to!
Definitely a beautiful part if Arizona, thanks for the tour👍
I would love to go there
Enjoyed the tour....Can't say that about the background music score though.
So love northern Az. We've been up here since 2022. So much up here that we still haven't seen or done. But my wife passed away a few months ago from the flu so I need to move to Tx to be closer to family so that I can have backup with our special needs son. Really going to miss Flagstaff, was planning on staying here for the rest of my life. There's no other place like it.
Lived in Arizona since the early 50’s and it has become an extension of Southern California. So sad 😢
Fun trip Jeff 🎉 Great camera shots. 🙏
My family lived there for 20 years…heat was unbearable, back to Minnesota we went!
Great Places to Visit 🤠

Hey there! I've watched since you started...doing a great job! my husband and I are seniors and want to rent a home before buying...not sure what location to begin. Thinking about Mesa...any suggestions?
Sun City West, Sun City, Sun City Grand. 55 & over communities (not gated). SCW is exceptional & you can still buy a house for under $400k, some cosmetic fixers under $350k.
Moving back this summer after 8 long years away
Wonderful video thank you
only a sliver of sunny slope is bad now it mostly high end houses now. also there are no gcu student living here. do research most gcu students all live on campus or are remote. learn sunny slopes history then you will know why it is the way it is dont just make stuff up....
alcohol , drugs or just plane hard boiled brains...
