I like taking 89 because there's less chance of getting caught in a back-up because of an accident. Cool little shop on Whiskey Row is Wild at Heart with lots of cool metal signs and knock knacks.

The Yarnell fire happened on A mountain made of granite not on Granite Mountain 2 different places. You can eat on Whiskey Row but don't miss out on the off the Row offerings as well. And if St. Micheals is booked try the Hassyhampa Inn 2 blocks away. Jersey Lilly is above the Palace, watch a local parade from the balcony. Buckys casino has the world's largest Gingerbread village every year, and some great food, some of the best views in town, no gambling require. Be careful climbing The Thumb Butte it goes from nice hike to danger be ready! You must eat at The Essence. Bear and Dragon. For mining stuff Jerome.

Sure come by to visit, but the housing prices are awful and it’s starting to get crowded. Also…. Grab the best eats at Jen’s cafe, the liquor deli, the raven, papas uptown, and more.

You missed VanGogh's Ear on Whiskey Row, and there are other art shoppes on Whiskey Row. Also, not sure those homes are Victorian...

I spent a few months in Prescott but there are too many loud open header cars and WAY too many special events which draw crowds of people, choking the streets with cars. They block off the downtown streets every few weeks for these events which makes it difficult to get around. The town lacks amenities. Only one mall, which is on life support. No major book store chains. No Audi dealers. No military surplus stores. Only one Planet Fitness. And it's a 2-hour drive to civilization.
