Living in Arizona is quite a unique experience because of the vastness that the state offers. From the Sonoran Desert in the south to the high country in the north all the way up towards the Four Corners east and the Grand Canyon in the west. Known as the Grand Canyon state, Arizona is diverse in many ways. The state tree is the Palo Verde, the state cactus is the Saguaro, the state bird is the Cactus wren. If you are thinking about moving to Arizona feel free to subscribe and check us out on our other channels.

Mesa PD might be THE most corrupt police in the entire country. Feds should make an example out of this entire Police Department and the city offcials that enabled their injustices. Why did Mesa rehire Philip Mitchell Brailsford and give him his pension after he blatantly murdered Daniel Shaver? They also allowed fellow murderer Charles Langley to retire and now he is hiding out in the Philippines.

I never knew Mesa was the largest suburb in the country, though I could've guessed as much! The whole Phoenix metro area is absurdly gargantuan. The streets, the shops, and the houses just never end. Cities like Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe, etc. all blur together. It's dozens upon dozens of square mile blocks in every direction. You never realize the scale until you drive the entire length of Baseline.

You may want to check out the old mining town of Jerome and also Montezuma's Castle. They're in the same general area as Sedona. Sedona is incredibly beautiful and because of that, the tourist traffic is really terrible. Get there very early in the day if you can.

Just FYI Downtown Mesa is full of transient people since it's cheap to get around and many soup kitchens are located on main st, broadway, etc etc, drug exchanges and dangerous Scenarios happen while riding light rail. Since the development of this they've had to place permanent cops around the light rail and police bike systems to be able to keep up. Please be careful and plan things early enough 🙏 not all of mesa is like this I would just say downtown. Once you get to east mesa, and tempe it's more calm, usually college students.

I have lived in the Phoenix metro area for 20 years and worked on construction sites as security in locations at every corner and every point in between and I have never heard of Eastmark. Even lived in West Mesa right at the Tempe Mesa line for a time and Eastmark was not on the radar. Something new I guess but it looks like the same-o same-o to me, mile after endless mile of asphalt and characterless architecture and cinder block fences adding to the urban island heat effect. Sorry to have to be the "Downer" but that's the fact of the matter.

There's another real estate KZreadr that focuses on Phoenix and much of his videos are about how bad it is in Mesa. In fact, he usually gets into deep conversations with addicts (in Mesa). I have been to Mesa.... Not impressed. Old folks retire in sun city west and Peoria... The idea that my grandma would have died in Mesa is laughable.

Mesa's not a suburb. Never was. I left when the population was a grand 100k. Have no desire to go back. Pioneer Park still has that old rusty train. Many a children have been seriously injured playing on that old beast. Not Mormon, but been inside the LDS temple back in '76 I think for a tour, bizarro place. Just rando shots of nothing driving up and down east Main and University. That pretty much sums up Mesa.

Great city for the most part , but the city government sucks and so Does the police force.. But recently the police force seem to be getting better... But the government still sucks they rather put money into useless projects like art centers , or the Terrible light rail system.. Instead of actually Making this city better

And all HOAs! Everything out there is cookie cutter. Just remember Summer heat lasts over 6 months. Mesa is very old city, and there are many ghettos and barrios. Area surrounding Downtown is dangerous and crime ridden. Mostly looks like it's stuck in the 1980s because it's so poor. A lot of empty vacant businesses. Pawn shops, etc.
