  As an somewhat of an entrepreneur, I would put all that vegetation to good use. I would haul it home and compost it into fretilizer for resale. Chip the branches and sell Natural mulch. You did a beautiful job!

  Legally you don't have to ID unless your under arrest ! Never give up your Fourth amendment right to be free in your papers ! Because now you put yourself in a position that if anything bad happens in that neighborhood you are the first person they will come looking for ! Once the cop runs your ID you are put in their database and stays on your Record ! Stay Safe and Take Care ✌️

  I saw a video of a freeway in Tokyo Japan about 25 years ago. Trash up to your waist lined the roads, causing traffic accidents. The City passed an ordinance requiring a $10 million yen fine and comminity setvice. The Japanese took it to heart and adopted this idea nationwide as a social imperative and now, the streets and freeways are spotless. The Japanese are nothing if not a cohesive, cooperative society.
