  the intro souns is the same as Fire Dance From Rainbow. It is a nice keyboard this roland.Interesting. the only thing I noticed is the guitar sounds are not that good.

A QUESTION: I am already using software similar to Gig Performer, and I am impressed with your programming of sounds using Arturia's V-Collection X, which I hav (..along with UVI & other software emulations) Will all these sounds work in Arturia V-Collection X without using Gig Performer?

  You will need Gig Performer to host the V-Collection to enable you to access the sounds. Gig Performer stores and manages the patches.

Two follow-up questions: (a) Are the patch settings in the Arturia VST synths you've created stored in a proprietary 'Gig Performer' format? (b) Would Gig Perfomer be required to tweak settings in the Arturia VST synth software, or do you load up Gig Performer, then tweak the settings in the Arturia VST directly?

  Gig Performer remembers the state of any given plugin loaded within it when the .gig file or Rackspace file is saved. You can open the plugin as within Gig Performer and edit as you normally would. Even if you don’t save a plugin preset within gig performer, Gig Performer preserves the state in which you left the plugin while it was loaded in GP.

  How can you control the octaves of a vst from the Nord stage 4? The Nord has 3 Octave change buttons, and none of them change the octave of the midi controlled VST or DAW software instruments.

  Sound fantastic!!! In fact I m about to propose this song for ly exam next year. Well I don t have a kronos on my possession . I could have 2 Juno ds88et 61 a nord lead 4 and also a Nord A1. For the patches which preset and which synth I could assign to each sound? Can you give me your opinion or advice.

  There are similar patches of pretty much anything. It’s just a matter of finding it or editing it or building it from the available waves.

  The sounds are made for live performance in a band. If there are any drums demoed in my videos are disabled on the keyboard by default.

  You are a lifesaver hats off. I just bought a Nautilus to replace my 11 yo Kronos and was not able te reload my kronos ms prog into the new Nautilus. Thnx so much for explaining the whole structure of te sample placement. 🙏

  Hey man! Question. The last time I updated I did not format the drive from the montage. When I attempted to reload my backup it stopped when it was almost done and said system error. I lost all of my sounds. I managed to rebuild everything, but I’m so nervous to try it again. Was the error because I didn’t format on the monage m itself? Thanks!

  Formatting ensures that the Montage will recognize and read your files from the USB. These keyboards are picky with USB devices so to ensure that things run smoothly, format your drive. Also, when you backup, verify on your computer that it has indeed been saved. Also a good idea to store it on your computer so if anything goes wrong, your backup file is still intact.
