I have cycled al of my life . 2 years ago I hurt my left knee and last year I hurt my right knee. I noticed about a month ago was struggling to ride my bike so I took the plunge and got an ebike ,it is like a new lease on life it feels great and really enjoyable again

Out of all these new micro cars, the Citroen Ami is my favorite. I loved the challenges you put the car through and it did well in 8 deg C temp. How it would cope in a hilly town would be interesting to see.

I don't think e bikes are for lazy people. There is a lot of maintenance involved. Which is why I prefer regular bikes.

Please explain to me how the emissions coming from a power plant are better than the emissions from the tailpipe of a car, why is it that every time a nuclear plant wants to come online in the US all the people who want to save the planet force us to have more coal plants so isn't an electric car really a coal-powered car? It's just a question of where the emission is coming from stop the virtue signaling.
15 year's back i had a electric motor scooter when they were just coming out , 250w / 15mph - had a police car head across the road head on trying to ram me off the bike because he thought it was a moped scooter and i wasn't wearing a helmet so he assumed it was stolen - MASSIVE shock for him when he found it was a legal electric bike ....But they were rare on the streets back then . But the look was the problem , how long before they start looking like a actual motorcycle again once they get established ...

There is a reason Brompton choose steel for their frames. The hinge mechanism lasts for years. Aluminium frames will not last long if you are opening and shutting it on a regular basis.

Not a fan of the dark interior, very unlike Renault. We should have a choice on order.
The only deciding factor between the two for me would be my budget. I liked them both. Also, the ease of portability (mini wheels) with the Brompton is not to be underestimated. (I'd probably rig something up for the Estarli as well). -- Excellent review, btw.

I am so glad!!!! I live in USA 🇺🇸! I know they are trying to pick up some of the same regulations the UK has. You are 100 percent correct on non e-bikes. All valid points!! The few control the many instead of the many controlling the few. Personally I wouldn’t buy an electric bike if I lived in UK. I mean 250 watt mid drive would be better than rear hub motor, but still 250 watts at 15.5 mph is a bad joke. Who knows one day our masters will make us adopt your regulations or maybe your masters will loosen up yours.
