That’s what China has done by relocating people from rural areas, offering jobs, skills and creating demand for property. Thats what China has done and it’s beautiful. Most rural, backward or run down areas become WORSE with time, to the point that they become no-go zones but in China, they only become better. Expect better and the best in China.
