Greetings. I'm vegan. I do intermittent fasting, and I do 15 minutes of rigorous Caridoverial for 3 minutes, on 5 different machines, at a very high pace. In 15 minutes, at 150 pounds, I burn about 300 calories. In 15 minutes .

Greetings. I'm vegan. I take herbs. For protein, I take SPIRULINA for cratine, I take ASHWAGANDHA, and for caffeine, I take BEETROOT powder. I'm 5"9", 160 pounds, and my body fat is in the single digits.

i've tried it. I wouldn't say it worked, because even if I have a few hours to have my calorie intake, it is still so easy to consume more, so saying you can eat whatever you want is a scam.

It’s pretty easy, actually. I’ve been doing it for about 18 months now. Started at a FAT, unhealthy 285lbs. I’m down to 190lbs now, and been training MMA for the last 3 months. Just swore in with the Marines a couple weeks ago. I’m expecting my first MMA bout in 7 weeks, then shipping to bootcamp the following week. On top of the low-calorie diet, I’m also low-carb (under 20g), and I do 36-hour fasts, 1-2 days per week. Not everything works for everybody, so I’m not saying you SHOULD do what I do, but it’s definitely doable, and I do think it’s worth trying for 2-3 weeks. See how your body responds to it. But start slow. Don’t try to go all-out, right away.
