I love peanut butter and I used to over eat it. I could never just eat one scoop but it was my downfall. I would eat clean all day and then at night eat about 7 scoops of peanut butter. I could not drop fat until I stopped eating the peanut butter

Dr. Mike, How would you compare Coke vs Zero Sugar Coke vs Diet Coke? I try to drink the diet version of any soda when I can thinking it helps, but there are some who claim its not (I don't listen because they don't have the credentials to inform me they actually know what they are talking about and they operate off of what someone else thinks about it). Is diet better or just a label that is only good for selling an alternative to people like me? Thanks!

Subscribed yesterday to your channel and after watching this video I plan on cutting out Jif pb. A slim buddy of mine recommended PB2 last year but I never bought it because of the price. I'm on a tight budget like most but it's now on my grocery list. Gummy bears or gummy anything seems an obvious one, bread I try to only eat the 45 carb Sara Lee, I've had Zero Sugar Coke but really don't need soft drinks at all honestly. I drink bottled water with the GV drink mix. Been trying the ACV, water, lemon mix at night. I'm 6ft 283 pounds, heaviest I've ever been. Going to watch more of your vids and follow instructions to see if I can lose at least 30 pounds for a start then go from there. Enjoying your videos so far.

Can't you eat anything as long as you're in a cal deficit? I didn't cut out a single thing out of my diet and I'm 1-2kg away from my goal to completely burn off the belly fat.

I've hit a wall with my calorie deficit. I stay between 1800-2100 calories daily yet I stay between 204-207 and this belly just isn't going anywhere. Ive been doing this about 4 months now. I did start at 227 tho so it could be that I just need to give it more time.
