Dr Mike, with these cooking videos you show us how to be creative with food in a fitness focused way.. and also that these ingredients are just normal everyday things which aren't hard to find and the dishes are super easy and quick. Nobody said you have to eat bland chicken and rice to stay fit. Thankyou for showing us that and bringing more of these videos out. I've already tried over half of them and I'm LOVING it! P.S You are the one and only all round solution to fitness and health on all of KZread. Covering everything from workout to science to general health to food.

Love these videos! As others have said the ingredients and meals you offer are easy, which translates to a higher probability of sticking to them. for me at least. In addition, you already do all the labor intensive math ! The hardest part of the weight loss journey, is learning how to eat healthy and what the correct portions should be and look like! The whole food scale thing … uuuugghhh!! You make things easier and you’re authentic! Please continue making these kinds of videos ❤

I've watched tons of healthy cooking videos. What makes yours stand out is that they look tasty and as close to normal food as one can get. Every time I tried to make those other meals they didn't taste like real food. There's no way eating weird tasting food can be sustainable. Your meals include that rare ingredient: enjoyable. And if it's enjoyable it makes it that much easier to be repeatable. Thank you for these recipes and for calling out the macros. Very helpful!

Hey, to answer your question, you first popped on my feed with your meals. It's like the fifth video I watch of you and for me the reason I keep on clicking on your videos is the fact that I want to improve my cocking to be able to lose fat and define my body so my muscles are more seeable. I like cooking but I'm kinda having a hard time finding meals that are healthy, filling and low in kcal as well. Your title is friend first, then the rest of the accomplishments. There's a personability that I like about you. I have friends in South Africa and they speak multi-languages, I was wondering if you do. Hey Doc, for me, I like to see different recipe ideas. I get stuck in a rut thinking of new things to cook. I tend to stick to the same foods week after week. I don’t normally prep steak or pork because when I reheat it, it always gets over cooked inside and it’s horrible. Any tips on how to reheat it without making it go from medium rare (steak) to well done would be great. Doc, Influencer, Chef, and motivator for so many people. Thank you!!!! 😊
