I see now why you support immigration you have so many black tenants who are not Irish. What has happened to our country? I will never forgive this Irish government for inviting in every Tom, Dick and Harry without even being vetted. We have been invaded and Irish people are being replaced slowly but surely. It used to be one person at a time. But now its thousands and hundreds of thousands at a time. Most of these people are never going to assimilate into Irish culture. They bring their own culture. The country will not be recognisable very soon.

From the way he wrote his sentences you would be hard pressed to believe he was a modernist writer which shows how different American modernist literature was from European modernist literature at the time. American modernist literature from that time is not the reading equivalent of climbing a Himalayan mountain. Mice and Men is a fantastic short novel. His last work is interesting from what I have read.

It could have been considered that his military training should be seen as equipping him with an offensive weapon which he should not use on a defenceless person in these circumstances that should have reduced the judges latitude to suspend and should have resulted in at least a year custodial with two years suspended.
Think you could have dwelled on why Ami Burke was raising her voice and was upset? She had been treated appallingly by Arthur Cox and by the WRC but you ignore that of course. Your stock has fallen as you seem to not want to upset the judiciary. Bad form.
For sure she won't go back to Poland to claim the benefit instead.

I think that the entire incident was scripted and that the Burkes are UN agents funded by the UN linked organisation; The World Congress of Families. I suspect that Enoch Burke has been released in time to unofficially begin his Election campaign using his unfair imprisonment for standing up for his beliefs as a springboard to launch his and his family's rise to power in the next UN Government. Apparently the child in question didn't complain about Enoch Burke at all and I've read that he didn't even teach the class that the child was in. Enoch Burke looks remarkably healthy after his supposed incarceration and if he was even really in there all this time he wasn't kept in a two man cell containing three prisoners and enduring violence. He looks as though he was able to get out for fresh air and sunshine and it wouldn't surprise me if like Assange he wasn't actually in prison for most of that time. After two transparently obvious psyops by Government and probably more as well as the fake health and climate emergencies it's pathetic how people appear to have fallen for this contrived drama. The Natasha O Brien case is an obvious psyop and it's amazing that people don't ask for any proof that the incident and the Court case actually happened even though she's a professional actor, looks like a Male To Female Transgender and is calling for hate crime laws even though there are laws to deal with these crimes and it was the Judge who was wrong or would have been if the case actually happened. There was no record of it in Limerick Courthouse the next day and I doubt that there's a record of the unconscious Miss O Brien having been brought to hospital in Limerick two or three years ago after the alleged event. What hospital anyway and did the doctors and nurses who treated her give evidence in Court? Why wasn't the CCTV shown to the Court so that the alleged attacker could defend himself? It's unlikely that he even exists because no one seems to know him. People would need to wake up before we end up with a Right Wing, UN selected Government ruling our country.

Good man Terry, I enjoyed that. We were sitting around 30 meters from you at the game. We left at half time of the Galway v. Dublin game so was surprised and delighted when we turned on the radio on the way to hear that Galway were winning. The West is awake !

Bullshit Terry, and you know it. This sentence is standard, with plenty of precedent. I was knocked unconscious in University College Dublin, and kicked to fuck, WHILE UNCONSCIOUS, on the ground. I required major emergency surgery, required 40 pts of blood to be transfused,, nearly bled out in theatre, resuscitated twice, 3 days in ICU, 2 weeks in hospital, months to recover physically The assailant, who had multiple previous, was given six months suspended. What was worse was that nobody from UCD, from the academic, administrative or student body would meet with me after. Still living with serious psychological after-effects. So Terry, you are either a wet week as a solicitor, or you are a bullshit artist. This whole thing, bad as it was, is being whipped up by multiple cohorts seeking to make political and financial gain from it. Anybody who has spent a day in a courtroom has seen this show play out. Would I have wanted to see my assailant jailed? No, I would not. Because he, unlike UCD, who were materially at fault in terms of Duty of Care, actually DID contact me, did say he was sorry about what happened. We had a drink some years later, and the water is under the bridge. A few years later, I was arrested for the first time, drunk, in my uncles back garden. Nobody was hurt, threatened, abused, no damage or vandalism was done; the property is in my family for generations. I was arrested, charged with trespass, jailed for 12 months. Served 4 before I could get out on appeal. So if you cant understand it Terry, your prospective clients need to be aware you are an incompetent solicitor. Or a bandwagoneer chancer.

He got a suspended sentence because she was scraping and biting Cathal when he swung his elbow around in self defense as he and another man were fighting. He hit her with his elbow from behind and sent her flying. He didn't walk up to her and punch her. She was paid compensation outside the court also beforehand. A close friend of mine is in that same barracks. This case is being used to manufacture public consent for the hate speech laws.
The Judge is the problem.. He represents the State and upholds it's laws and legal system

Public transport is great when it works out. I'll be heading in to the hurling next Sunday from dunboyne and excited to get the train in and be able to have a few pints. The days of driving and stopping off at certain pubs on the way back, is thankfully long gone.
I could have got the train from Enfield, too, but the brother offered me a lift. And there would have been no train home to Enfield, although plenty of buses.
Such claims mean that genuine claims are treated with suspicion. Most of us injured want to get fit again as soon as possible and just want to get compensation for what we have lost but insurers are very tardy in doing so. I have multiple injuries. Ar least one is life changing but I am working with physio to try and get back to fitness and I dont hide that from the other parties insurer's doctors. I didnt want to be hit by a car, have multiple fractures and strokes but now I am not working, missing out on advancement, lack of pay, looking at redundancy, limited use of a limb, on stroke meds and with no transport until her insurers pay out. Id love to be able to go to a gym class😂 These fraudulent clqims cast a shadow on the rest of us who just want a bit of justice.
