I might have to contact the WRC in relation to my ex employer not paying me my last pay cheque and is now ignoring my emails to try and remedy this, its not a huge amount of money but I can't afford to work for free, do I need to get a solicitor? I haven't submitted my complaint yet. they are a start up company
