    Just like any new to the market vehicle that people want as a status symbol, you’re going to pay a premium. Just look at the Dodge Hellcats and other variants that were tens of thousands above their sticker price, some Mustang models and several other vehicles are in this category. Fan boys are going to fanboy no matter what vehicle they are buying. Most people aren’t financially able to afford this game, and even when the craziness calms the price, they still can’t afford it.

    Got our offer to place our order a few days ago. We just simply don't see 100k worth of value. No thanks. Where the f is the 39k truck we were promised.

    From an original Bolt EV owner: The Model 3 never had double the Bolt's range. I was shocked when Ben Sullins was only able to get 20 miles more range in his Model 3 than I was getting in my Bolt EV at the time in the same driving conditions. The Model 3 did come with a number of improvements over other EVs on the road at the time, but most of that was accounted for with the size and price difference (e.g., the Model 3 had about 30% less cargo capacity and 15% more battery capacity while costing at least 50% more than the Bolt EV at the time). At this point, I feel like Hyundai, GM, KIA, and Porsche's surpassing Tesla is not a big surprise for anyone who was actually paying attention to the EV industry outside of Tesla's ecosystem for the last 5 years.

    Oh man, if you like a clever wireless charger, check out the Toyota Crown. It's basically like putting in a Gameboy cartridge. The performance could be better for Android, but for iPhone it's awesome.

    It's a head turner but it's a grotesque thing. I see right hand drive converted RAM pickups here in Australia. Because of the conversion it's expensive here but the most it gets is a glance. A smaller Japanese or Chinese ute will do 95% of what the RAM does more reliably for a fraction of the price. The Cybertruck if it ever comes here will be the same I think.

    So let me get this straight. Well under $100,000 gets us down to the 90 something thousand dollars? I live in St Louis Missouri and marijuana recently became legal here. You see me missing some clarity of thought. If you've decided that you can use marijuana and do the intellectual thinking that you normally do on these videos, I'm telling you you can't pull it off. You may be able to make things work in in your shop with your family. But your judgment your reasoning in your sharpness has completely disappeared. I'm getting close to my 50s I've had days where I'm not that sharp either but I feel like this entire video you've been off your game. Hope you feel better soon❤

    I dare you to list the things that you say the Chevy Silverado beats the cybertruck at every measurable category. You notice how fast you climb up when you get to specifics? You notice you repeated it has a bigger battery three times and count of that is three different things? No? Weird.

  • @eliasshedd
    @eliasshedd4 сағат бұрын

    You just listed everything the Chevy Silverado. 1. It has a bigger battery 2. It also has a bigger battery 3. Most importantly it has a bigger battery. What are you doing?

  • @eliasshedd
    @eliasshedd4 сағат бұрын

    So the Chevy Silverado has a big battery. It also has, ...... Oh wait, that is absolutely all isn't it? It doesn't have Maps. Doesn't have its own charging Network. Doesn't have autopilot. Can't ever have full self Drive. It's striking to hear you say there are other better vehicles when I know those vehicles and I can tell you for a fact they are not better. It's clear you forgot to review what those vehicles were.

    A black guy driving it😂 a black guy that has 💩 on Tesla and how many issues they have, told everybody he can,and made it better for people that own them if they bothered to listen. How long do you think owners will have to wait to get parts if something goes wrong with their Cyber Truck? Do you think they will be totaled out as easy as the Rivian?

  • @eliasshedd

    It's so weird you're bragging on your rivian truck for getting better mileage. It is much smaller wheels and is in general a much smaller vehicle. Of course it gets better mileage.

    Fantastic let's take note. You believe the cybertruck will sell between 50 and 60,000 by the end of 2024. I have it written on my calendar now for January 1 to come to this space can either give you an attaboy because you correctly predicted the future or more likely I will be mocking you. In for clarification and for clarification you're speaking of the four-wheel drive cyber trucks selling between 50 and 60,000. You made no reference to used beating up or wrecked cybertrucks you were clearly referring to new four-wheel drive cybertrucks selling between 50 and 60,000.

    Your Used Car Guy said he's going to buy it when it gets to 72,000. His contradiction as he says everybody's going to cancel. He sang they're canceling because it's a hundred thousand dollars. Point is you took somebody who thinks there will be spare inventory of the cybertruck by the end of this year 2024. He is wrong that is a fact

    Not a fanboy but I do own a calculator. I can tell you the even the example of that Ram that you gave and how it's better than a cyber truck is ridiculous. The smaller truck with a smaller cab less towing capacity no free autopilot and if you keep it for more than just a few years you're actually going to pay for a small crappie truck then you will the cybertruck. You'll notice that while you only spent $55,000 to start with by the time you've driven a hundred thousand miles you now have paid well more for your crappy small unimaginative truck with no absolutely no autonomous features and you spent more. By the time you drive that thing 200,000 miles you have spent nearly $50,000 in fuel. How do you not ignore thousands of dollars every year that you spend in fuel? Honestly the people who think like you Boggle my mind.

    Well, the iPhone was surpassed many years ago, yet millions of people still buy them anyway:) So Tesla doesn't have to be the best, people just buy them because they like the cars. People may not like Tesla, but not everybody likes Chevy or BMW or Toyota or whatever lol:) Every brand has its fanboizz as well.

    Rich, driving around a 9000llbs RST is ridiculous. They have an eight bolt wheel pattern, the RST weights more then than their 1 Ton pick trucks. Tesla tried to keep the weight down on on their pick up truck. Regarding efficiency, the Cybertruck is more efficient than the Lightning and Silverado.

    It is true, Rivian has better aerodynamic efficiency than Cybertruck... but you know what else it has ? Less carrying capacity, both in terms of volume and weight. It is true Silverado tows farther owing to its poor aerodynamic efficiency compensated for by a significantly larger battery... it's also 2,000lb heavier and again has lower carrying capacity. These trucks aren't really comparable as a whole, as each of them has a particular strong side and a bunch of weaker sides... but the big question is what is the Cybertruck's development roadmap like... can it be made with a larger battery ? can it be made to tow more ?

    It was always meant to be a meme vehicle. Content creators and fan boys were meant to buy them and make videos about them. There is nothing useful about them. At least you can still do truck things with a Raptor, even though 90% of them only go off road if the bro driving it hits the grass on the side of the driveway on his way home from Starbucks.
