humanity trying to build man made islands and then building extremely heavy buildings and facilities on it is dumb as hell and was never a good idea. wasting 21billion dollars trying to make land where there isnt is rather stupid. japan is supposed to be intelligent compared to the rest of the world yet they do dumb ass projects like this.

Not only did you mispronounce ever name incorrectly, but you also showed the suburbs of Watson and Bulleen the wrong way round! I suspect you are trying to copy another well-known construction channel, but with little research and analysis.

3 Billion spent to protect 60,000 people. That a cost of 50,000 per person. Am I to believe those 60,000 people are paying their own protection bill? Or am I helping to pay the protection bill for idiots that choose to live in dangerous zones? But who's paying to protect me?

Another brill post a recent tv docu found that fisherman on the nile were concerned that the dam had restricted wildlife movement up and down the nile i dont know if the builders have dealt with this issue.

Because they build the airport on stationary land while the water level rises. I guess you cant call a floating airport just that if it doesnt float to the water level. 🤷 🙄

i think you got your map wrong .... its from Bulleen to Watsonia :) need to switch them. Its also Yara (phonetically) as one word not YarRa (two syllables). MacLoyd is Maccloud. Its no actually help the transport hubs its just shuffling traffic elsewhere - people in the east cant get to the ring road easily, hence this tunnel, but like all our freeways, they barely have enough lanes now so if you double the population all these roads become parking bays like the south-eastern freeway is now. To little to late.

They're spending enormous amounts of money for that few residents? They could buy them all new places in a safe location for less money than that. It just doesn't make economic sense.

"self driving cars THREATENS to exacerbate the problem"... Um - excuse me? How does a car that drives more safely than a human - make things worse? Responds faster breaking those brake check zones, and fewer traffic jams due to accidents? I'm calling you on that BS statement!

Rather a shame that there doesn't seem to have been any forethought to the provision of priority lanes to EVs of all classes of vehicles including heavy duty trucks in order to drive EV adoption and improve local air quality, reducing hospital & GP attendance.

The uploader doesn't know the difference between the New Valley (New Nile) project and the New Delta project. The first one is the project of diverting water from Lake Nasser north west into the Western dessert, in order to start the irrigation, and the New Delta is about expanding the delta area with the water that's is mostly being unused and flowing into the Mediterranean.

I have formed 12 story high rises. Three inches doesn’t seem that excessive. How many inches would be acceptable? Divide 60’ by 3”. At 1/16” that would be 1” every 16 stories. Multiply that by 3 and that’s only 48 stories with a remainder of 12 stories. Not too bad.

One of the things I love about Japanese and Asians in general. They never give up trying to make things work, unlike Americans past and present do. They are defeatists when it comes to projects and give up or quit as the saying goes.
