Whats for sure is that, even if they don't get a return on investment from tourism alone, all of the projects would have to eventually be done, and all of them have benefits. Improving life conditions, making sure the olympic buildings will be used afterwards, helping to decentralize France, improving connection in Paris, reducing carbon emissions and costs related to car infrastrocture maintennce and a lot more!

This is incredibly exciting. France is really becoming the european hub for megaprojects. Cleaning the Seine, the grand Paris express, 14 nuclear reactors, ITER, and more, and all of them will benefit from learning curves and economies of scale
