  Ye I cannot stand it when people try to lecture about health while they either are not healthy themselves or you asked them not too. Especially when it comes to people who are on steroids, society is way to comfortable with it for my liking. That one KZreadr Noel is a huge example, his fan base is has gotten to the point where they defend him over it. If he admitted to using heroin or he was obese it would be a completely different story.

He is black and somoan is it hard ro believe he may be natural at least a lot more natural then the Bodybuilders....with Creatine, Pre-Workout, and good eating tou can get and maintain that. My 70+ year highschool strength and conditioning coach is still in pretty good shape. Im just saying

  That looks amazing. I really hope the box is big though I think the problem I have is, there will be good protein cereals but they’re so expensive and you get such a little box. I really hope this one is big.
