Half the Indian army troops in the video are Sikhs. There were barely any Sikhs in this conflict. The few that were present. Mostly won the battles or inflicted severe losses on the Chinese before retreat or death. Battles like Walong, Dong Hill or Bum La where 21 Sikhs held out against thousands of Chinese and died after running out of ammunition. I hope armchaired historian knew about this and included these battles. Instead of reading off the Wikipedia and including scenes of Sikh troops getting butchered.

Britain's Labour government completely screwed over Rhodesia. They forced the Rhodesian government into an untenable position, of basically having to give up the entire country to USSR and Chinese-funded terrorists, without a gradual change in governance. It forced Rhodesia to basically declare independence, or pack up and leave after the country was handed over, so they chose to declare independence. Then Britain goes to the United Nations and gets tons of sanctions put on Rhodesia after they are the ones that forced Rhodesia into their predicament. Predictably, the Communists with foreign funding won and the Rhodesians with minimal outside help lost in the end, and the country became a complete unmitigated disaster, just as anyone could have predicted.

What a biased load of BS at the end, it was their own military dictatorship that delayed the PoW return and then made certain they were unloaded in an isolated port with no press present. The used were the same used for our own troops and they only had a days journey to be on them.

00:02 *🚀 Initial outbreak of conflict and media coverage* - Hamas militants launched an attack from Gaza, leading to an escalation with Israeli bombings and ground invasion. - Major conflict sites included Gaza, West Bank, and Lebanese border, drawing global attention. - Due to the sensitive nature of the content, portions of the video are censored, with an uncensored version available through a subscription service. 01:54 *📜 Background and role of Hamas* - Hamas, as an Islamist militant group, aims to establish an Islamic state including modern-day Israel, escalating from political prominence to de facto rulers in Gaza after 2007. - The organization's commitment to armed resistance against Israeli occupation is central to its support among Palestinians. - Significant majority in the West Bank support armed resistance, influenced by Israeli policies perceived as undermining a two-state solution. 04:57 *⚔️ Detailed account of the October 7 attack* - Hamas' large-scale assault involved rocket barrages and the use of drones and paragliders to infiltrate Israeli defenses. - The attack resulted in multiple Israeli civilian casualties and military responses, including aerial bombings which initially struggled to distinguish between militants and civilians. - Escalation continued with Israeli forces regaining control of captured military bases and responding to Hamas' control over rural communities and a police station. 07:56 *🛑 Israeli military tactics and international response* - In response to the attacks, Israel declared a state of emergency and imposed severe restrictions on Gaza, including cutting off electricity and essential supplies. - The use of potentially controversial munitions and tactics by Israel, such as white phosphorus, drew criticism from human rights organizations. - The evolving conflict led to intensified international criticism, particularly concerning the impact on civilians, with multiple countries breaking diplomatic ties over the situation.
