it was captured on a residents cellphone video, where sderot police were shooting any cars driving around - perhaps assuming that they could be enemies,. Theses videos were posited on social media by pro israelis sayiing that the police pinned down (behind a dark suv) were hamas), but they were actually the local police. the same group were in other videos, one where a red hatchback was lit up by the group. Those events were wrongly attributed on social media to the palestinian millitants. @6:40

great video as always from the TAH channel, it goes into great detail of how the war was conducted and how it started though i think that some of the points given were not clarified as they should of been, the examples from the washington post posts were talked as if they irrefutably proved that there were no evidence for military activity in the hospital when in the article itself it is merely an assumption and not given as a fact, the other part the one at the start of the war where it stated that israel had been constantly warned about an impending hamas attack was also not addressed well as it failed to point out that as far as it is known to me, israel has constantly denied the claims that it was warned, overall the video does explain and express most points correctly and my points really can only be seen as nit picky, though i do feel that it is important to cover the topic to the best and most accurate ability especially when there is a lot of misinformation going around.

I think a channel about history like yours should recognise that calling this a Hamas offensive is too simplistic. This operation was carried out by a lot of palestinian militant factions like PIJ, PFLP, DFLP among others.

demonetization doesnt directly equal censorship... yes i hate youtubes censorship policies and how youre guilty until proven innocent.. but creators are more and more using it as a crutch to push their subscription services... theyre not making the content for the joy of it anymore, youtube is providing them a platform with billions of viewers the largest in the world, all the bandwith and server costs for absolutely free, but they cry if youtube wont provide them with advertisers to sponsor the content? theyre free to put an ad spot in the video like theyve been doing on every other upload.. theres lots of companies who value free speech and honest transparent reporting

Yeah one is the most deadly war in Europe (and possibly the world) since WW2 and one is the largest Arab-Palestinian conflict in decades. You could tell they were huge by literally turning on the news at any point.

@@huizdacheeze id say probably they are no saints by any means - and as we've seen from the east bank and Gaza, israel has done terrible things to the Palestinian people (which is why in a sense the Palestinian people's hatred is justified) If we go by definition, "A system of apartheid is an institutionalized regime of oppression and domination by one racial group over another" In this case, yes, Israel does fit that criteria But it is also worth mentioning that this system dates back hundreds of years (as in, Islam v Zionism) and so both states have hatred for each other. In short: Yes, Israel is an apartheid state by definition - and why no action against it has been taken is a mystery to me - due to tensions from older times HOWEVER, this 'tension' does not excuse Israel's actions, just possibly explains the hatred Jews have for Palestinians. Hope it helped :)
