What is the reason for putting that reservoir in it? Does it use less oil?

Tried changing my fuel filter… had a few set backs due to a clocked inlet from the tank to the engine, don’t know how that happened. But popped open the top and didn’t notice the seal ring feel out and had diesel pouring out. Took it down and set back in the seal and ran the engine a bit to balance out the air that got in. Other than that, smoothest job ever!!😂 but thanks for the detailed and great video!!! Helped a lot with my confidence. Small jobs like this cost a lot sometimes and it’s good to have helpful “how to’s” to guide! 👍🏼👍🏼

Do you have videos having problems with wrench light on? My car went limp mode and i cant start my car. I changed the batteries but it doesnt change a thing. I started my car then it crank for 1 sec and shuts. But if i start it while pushing down the gas pedal, it crank for 3 to 4 secs and shut off. What seems to be the problem? And how to fix it?

Would this be for the problem of air con not being as cold on driver side? In uk so drivers side is the right. No noise but aircon is 6/8 on left and 14/15 on right. Being the driver i think i deserve priority 😂

Obviously not a diesel mechanic. Basically, you put more fuel in, you get more power. Running you engine under no load is never going to show ant sort of meaningful results. The engine should be put under load, then measure relevant fuel rail pressure.

I fitted chip that adjusts fuel pressure and boost and tried it out and took it off the car straight away. had injector knock and the turbo sounded like it was being over spooled hard as it was spooling up heaps more than usual. The car didn't feel like it was happy at all. Removed the chip and had a dyno tune done instead and everything is vastly better.

not bad power and torque figures from the stock 2.2l. the 3.2 only makes like 145hp at the tyres stock so the 2.2 punches above its weight at 120hp.

In a previous video you were saying without an egr the oil can help keep the manifold clean. I was following that idea for a while. Do you suggest a catch can instead now or have I misunderstood?

In some countries the Rangers come with no EGR system installed. It's a complete factory delete. Personally, I don't really care about performance gains from an EGR delete. I just prefer to not have carbon gunk buildup in the throttle body

I’ve done all your projects on my Ranger. Unfortunately I’ve had a real issue finding one that will fit mine, as mine is left hand drive and the brake booster takes up all that room.

What instructions? On the bottle you have: In the tank, for precaution. Or best to get it 100% pure into the motor, by using not the fuel line but directly the surge fluid. Or they also tell you on the website to do it like this, just put it in the filter.

Do all of them Ranger comes with Turbo? is there two turbos? My dad has Ranger T6 2014 3.2 and he not sure if has turbo and im not sure either.. I just started looking at his truck and im no mechanic, i went to the shop to get alternator replaced and an engine wash but didnt bother looking at other parts since im not so familiar with them yet since i just started driving this year.. I saw other videos that showed the Turbo hose is the big one of the right side of the engine tho so now im confused does ford have two turbos?
