  Be careful when you are shopping military stuff, because some things (even things you would not expect) can be real military products for army and it's banned to transport it from the country or even illegal to sell or buy it, but sellers very often don't know about that or they just don't care, I don't think someone will care about some shoes or something, but I heard that people can have problems when they are trying to transport bulletproof vests or radio stuff. Here in Czechia, I heard about buy who bought some radio in military shop and then police visited him after he was playing with that for some time. 😀
