It's great to see you getting the fishing channel going! Maybe do a crossover segment where you cook up the Cobia with some of those amazing vegetables.

If trolling is slow it’s a good idea to put smaller lures out if you just want some action. Try something 3-4” size out the back 80-100m on a spinner, a small easy to eat bullet head. Keep at it boys!

The red head is a goer Mark. Also colour change braid is super handy for knowing how far your lures are behind the boat.

I think Cobia are less prolific to catch for me and I prize them mor than kingies. Maybe it's the lures or bait I'm using. In saying that, I'm going to keep the odd mac tuna for bait now. I reckon Cobia are definitely firmer flesh. I don't know which I like better for eating but both are great eating fish. Was looking forward to you hooking up on a nise winter snapper. I love snapper whole in foil on the barbie.

Good on you James, rocking the YBS shirt. I'm as old as your old man but I still love watching Brodie and the boys. Great hall of Cobia, great eating and you're right, they hit and fight like a freight train especially when the tax men are around.
