Round rock native here. Love the video!
You go girl, love your vibes 😮😅😊
Florida is not what is once was, it is way too expensive here. Rent ,food, insurance ,medical cost all of it has gone up the state has become unaffordable and unlivable. The traffic is horrible the Florida residents are leaving. Way too much gentrification lots of homeless people . The beaches are contaminated and when it rains it floods horribly like 5ft .They don’t care about the low and middle class families they only favor the investors and the wealthy entitled people. The state is so saturated with immigrants ,tourist and snowbirds that finding a job has become difficult, you really have to stand out. Jobs are not even paying enough to make a decent living . Central and north Florida are going up in price soon it’s all going get like Miami. Good luck coming here ,if you are living from check to check stay away from Florida.
Austin has a symphony orchestra too. Btw are you Nigerian?
Great vid Thank you
Could you wear more dress shirts please
Rule of thumb is that you do not buy property east of IH-35. As for Taylor and Manor, both towns are dumps. If you want to see what Manor looks like, just take a tour of the high school or middle school. You will know then and there what you are dealing with.
Thank you for sharing your perspective. Every area has its unique qualities and it's always good to explore and see for yourself.
Manor, Texas? I work in Manor and the town is a dump. Never buy property east of IH 35. Avoid Manor, Elgin, Kyle, Buda, Hutto, Taylor, Round Rock, Pflugerville and most of Georgetown.
Thanks for watching and for sharing your thoughts! I know people who really enjoy living in Manor and the nearby towns. It's all about perspective and personal preference.
The Californians ruined Austin. It was great about 20 years ago. The locals hate what has happened as they all know no one cared about Austin before a few celebrities went for a visit.
Your channel is amazing and you do an incredible job :)
I hate cities so this sounds dope
These videos for the suburbs aren't great. Hopefully going in person is more appealing.
Hey @marisaroma8690, thanks for watching and taking the time to share your thoughts! Are you looking to move to a suburb in Austin?
Hope to buy in this community and build our family here in a few years. How long do you project the whole community will be complete?
I love Kyle ❤️

GEORGETOWN... Way over builds, Way over price, Builders are hurting.. With massive layoff and economy downsize.. Price will be cut in half. Property tax and HOA is killing them.
Thanks for sharing your perspective on Georgetown. Have you spent much time in the area?
Texas i would chose
Great choice! What's your favorite thing about Texas?
The homes are built stronger and sturdy in Florida. But it's expensive. Alot if snow birds are still flying down to the east coast haven state. Real estate is always hot but it's hard to get a price with those low salaries. Your career can thrive in Texas to keep up with the mortgage. But sometimes it's about where your family may be. That can sway your decisions. Each state has its benefits. But you have to pay for good education most places in Florida. Texas takes it. Teachers are happier in Texas too. #texas #florida
Thanks for watching and for sharing your valuable insights! Given the differences, where do you think offers the best balance between quality of life and affordability?
@@LiveInATX i firmly believe it's Texas. No competition. I frequent Orlando and Tampa to see my parents and family. It's cheaper to buy a home in a neighborhood with low crime and great schools in Austin, Fort Worth and Dallas metro for example. But you really do pay to play in Florida. But I think both places can make a person happy.
@@jaydennis2067 You make a strong case for Texas! Both states have their advantages, and it’s great you see the positives in each.
Florida is great to visit but Texas is better for living. There is more geographical diversity in Texas. So you don't really need to leave. The supermarkets and food quality is better in Texas as well. Less food is imported
The geographical diversity and local food quality in Texas are hard to beat. Do you have any favorite spots or hidden gems in Texas?
I frequent Orlando and Miami for family and Texas cities are way better. It's fun to party if you are single. But Texas is better for family.
Orlando and Miami are amazing places to visit! You're lucky to have family there. Do you have any favorite spots in Orlando or Miami?
Both places have beautiful people and places 😊
I couldn't agree more
Texas has better schools overall for sure.
Thanks for watching and for sharing! Do you think that's the biggest advantage Texas has over Florida?
💯
Texas is probably better for owning a business and buying a home around various cities. Florida has a lot of business owners but I think business owners are more supported here when they venture into various industries.
Texas is great for business owners and homebuyers with its diverse cities and support. Florida has its perks too, but Texas really stands out in supporting entrepreneurs. Thanks for sharing!
Florida city crimes are worse but those palm trees and beaches are fun 😂
🌴🏖 Living life on the edge, one beach day at a time!
I love the show, and I really don’t like to bring politics into it but both the governor of Texas and the governor of Florida every time they open their mouth they keep saying how bad the economy doing but listening to you it’s doing pretty good and I can second that as far as Texas goes because my family lives in Georgetown thanks for sharing and God bless you
Thank you for your kind words and for watching! It's always great to hear different perspectives, especially from folks with firsthand experience. I'm glad to hear things are looking good for your family in Georgetown.

Bottom line both are ok depending what you're looking for 🤔
Your laugh is contagious
Thank you!
Question is there a master plan community in Austin that is similar to cypress/ bridgland Texas?
Hey there! There might not be a master-planned community in Austin that directly mirrors Cypress or Bridgeland in Texas. However, Austin does have several master-planned communities known for their amenities, green spaces, and planned development. Communities like Circle C Ranch, Steiner Ranch, and Mueller might offer similar features and amenities. Happy to discuss this more. Feel free to Call/Text at (512) 270-0966
Please dont come here and ruin my small town. My family has been here for generations. Some of the changes are good, BUT alot are NOT.
Pretty good video
@@DanaHinson-xc5kf Thank you for taking the time to watch!
I heard schools in Elgin are terrible. Is that true?
Kyle sucks. I hate living here. Traffic and road infastucure sucks. Only 1 major grocery HEB and it smells old and moldy it’s always crowded. Lots of drunk drivers. Let’s not mention that’s Kyle is all clay so every house here has major foundation issues.
Thanks for watching and taking the time to share your thoughts and experiences.
Texas is lower than the average if you live in the sticks with red barn yards everywhere with zero amenities. Very cheap - one of the best cities to live in Texas is Plano , TX and it is extremely expensive. Austin , Dallas , etc is extremely expensive as well on the average. The problem is you got trailers in the middle of nowhere fucking up the numbers of the average cost with 200 people living in unheard of towns throughout Texas. Most people who come to Texas aren’t going there and they are shocked at the cost of living in most areas of Texas
Thanks for your insights! You're right, Texas has a wide range of living costs. Cities like Plano, Austin, and Dallas are indeed pricier, reflecting their amenities and economic opportunities. Rural areas might offer lower costs but with fewer amenities, impacting state averages. It's important for anyone moving to Texas to explore specific areas to understand the true cost of living. Appreciate your comment!
Great video!! ❤
Thanks for watching!
We are considering moving our businesses to Manor. Thx for the insight!
You're more than welcome! If you have any further questions, feel free to ask.
That will look like a great community when it is complete. wow.
I'm really excited about how the community is shaping up too. It's always great to hear when others see the potential and share in my excitement.
That location looks perfect. Amazing views. I imagine the equity will increase tremendously over tbe years. #atx #lagovista #austintx
Absolutely, the location is a gem! 😍 The views are a huge plus, and you're right about the potential for equity growth. Thanks for your comment!
Its not as expensive as lakeway. I expect more builds to happen in Lago Vista.
You're spot on - Lago Vista is definitely a more budget-friendly choice compared to Lakeway. It's exciting to think about the potential growth and new builds we might see around here!
Lots of light and those views are a dream ❤️⭐
The light and views really are dreamy, aren't they?
Great views ❤
I definitely agree! It's such a beautiful area.
❤
Its not far from cedar Park. I think its a great option for young families
That's a great point! The proximity to Cedar Park does make it an ideal spot for young families looking for a balance between community living and accessibility. Glad you see the potential too!
🎉
You have yo drive carefully, some areas have alot of deer 🦌
Everyone should definitely be careful driving around here due to the deer. It's always better to be safe. Thanks for looking out for the community!
Welcome back❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ you were prégnant surely
lol I see y’all missed me. I've been working on some new content that I'll be rolling out at the end of the month.
@@LiveInATX welcome back Queen of Austin
Where in Austin is lakeside
It's in Lago Vista, which is northwest of Austin, about 30-35 miles away. It's roughly a 45-minute to an hour drive to downtown Austin.
For all the people saying wages in Florida are not good is because 1 your under educated and your first mistake is Florida is a business friendly state if your not a producer you will suffer.
