I moved to G'town from Round Rock several years ago and I prefer G'town much more. There are great hike and bike trails here. The square is great. NIce shopping, restaurants, coffee shops. I use the Rec Center, they have brand new equipment, pool, basketball/volleyball court and walking track upstairs to name a few things.
It's much nicer than Leander and liberty hill. I live in Leander but I spend a lot of time in Georgetown
I stay here in Georgetown and let me tell you the home prices are going up. It’s a growing city since coming here in 2018. ✨

Georgetown and many of the surround areas has definitely seen a significant change over the years.
Some rolling hills would make Georgetown perfect. #atx#austin #georgetowntx

They have a few new spots as well to check out.
There's a nice Italian restaurant there. I forgot the name of it. But there's a nice strip of restaurants.

Berry Creek, Sun City (for anyone 55+), Rancho Sienna, Cimarron Hills, and Teravista.
Homes used to be very inexpensive there.

Which community is building modern homes like Easton Park.... Not a fan of the typical Texas brown /Cream brick homes.
