  It looks like a sponge. Fresh peas pre cook, fresh mushrooms pre cook, four eggs, a pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper, a touch of garlic, a little cheddar (optional) a touch of Tabasco (optional) and a four teaspoon of milk. Mix and cook on a hot stove with a little oil in the usual way. Serve with sliced fresh tomatoes and fresh coriander and a portion of handmade chips deep fried in lard and drained (fantastic taste) That's how you do a omelette lunch.

  I’m impressed… a lot of the other videos showing how to cook the omelettes are no where near as good or have such a clean place to work in. The only thing is cracking eggs directly into other eggs is risky in case the egg is bad or has blood in it (a sign the hen is in stress) so it pays to crack them individually in a separate container then add them all together that way no contamination and you don’t have the throw them all out.

  Usually in my Tamagoyaki are finely cut springonions and carrots. I saw sn awesome video years ago. And I use a round pan. Don't own a quadratic one. But the results are awesome and my tamagoyaki is juicy not dry. Ps: I'm salivating XP
